We ship every order the next business day at the latest, so it’s likely that USPS encountered an issue, such as a delay or a lost package. Have you checked the tracking information or contacted USPS about the status of your shipment?

The candle is very cute, and smells amazing!!! Fast and easy shipping, came packaged carefully so it wouldn’t get damaged. Customer service was great, I had a question and he responded the very next day.

Top notch candles
These candles are the best- and the customer service is just as good! I received an incorrect scent, and they quickly shipped me a replacement. With the holidays they ran out of my chosen aroma but they made a substitution and ensured I was a happy customer. The substitution ended up not being my favorite- but rather than return it I opted to gift it to someone else- and just buy another one because they are THAT good. Will continue to be a proud supporter of this company!
