Billy Calloway has been great to deal with for years.

CAN might be a good company, but they were represented by a bad actor broker from Cheddar Capital - This broker stacked us against CAN despite a no-stack policy and then triple-stacked us with OnDeck, claiming it was a better deal. Said that CAN would rescind without any issues or fees, charged us for three weeks, apologized, and returned the $7500 in payments - CAN kept $5000 and said that's how it is for the origination fee. They slapped the broker on the hand, and my company took the loss. Be Careful - most of us use the advance money to grow our companies, but when the lender can't control the broker, who has free reign to mislead and steal from CAN's clients, we all lose. My gut says that, dirty or not, the brokers send so much paper to them that they just shook a finger at the Cheddar broker.

CAN's Legal got involved and made this 100% right - they say that they can't control bad actors like Cheddar Capital.
