Hallo,
Bedankt voor de mooie beoordeling! We zijn blij dat alles duidelijk werd uitgelegd en dat u tevreden was met het materiaal.
Poor customer service and communication.
My security deposit was held for four weeks with no communication until I reached out and magically it was done the next day. The communicated amount from insurance via email did not match the invoiced amount. Communication from insurance and the team in Leduc insinuated misuse was the cause of the rear bedroom window to blow out while I was driving on the highway, but was unable to provide any evidence of it. I was also told when I returned the unit, that someone from insurance would be calling me prior to partial refund of my security deposit to discuss, and that never happened. The unit should still be under manufacturer warranty and when I addressed this with insurance team it was disregarded and not addressed. Lastly when booking my RV we had called and spoke to a representative who informed us that if we went with the large model it would have a slide, this was not the case and we were rented a unit without a slide. I will definitely be going with the competition next time as I have Can dream ample opportunity to make things right and they refused. Rent at your own risk and watch out for clause 18 in the rental agreement as they absolutely flex it and charge you for items that were not your fault and most likely are getting it fixed for free through manufacturer warranty.

Clean and Ready to go.
The truck and camper were clean and ready to go at pickup. We paid for an "off time" so we could get our vacation started as the afternoon pick up would waste a day of travel. Your staff was great.

The truck camper was nice but maintenance has to be improved. Several items were not properly inspected and repaired prior to release of the unit. It did not drastically affect my vacation but was an inconvenience initially.

Booking was quite easy and the service and unit were great. Only thing I didn't like was having to call to make my final payment rather than it being accessible online.
