Eventually satisfied
On this occasion I purchased my goods and had them shipped where as last time I refused? Last time for 16 jets shipped to my address you wanted £100 shipping!!!
6 months later you only charged £30 shipping for exactly the same shipment.
Please don’t mug your customers off?

Very courteous customer service!
DHL delievered my bar with the glass broken. I informed DHL on telephone and after that I called Canadian Spa Company to inform them that I‘m gonna fight with DHL, that it‘s their fault. Canadian Spa Company said they will take care of the problem with DHL and immediatly send me a equal replacement. I never expected that.
THANK YOU

Svar fra Canadian Spa
Thank you, Peter — we are sorry the bar arrived with the glass broken; that is a frustrating thing to unpack.
Whose fault it is matters far less to us than getting you sorted, so we are glad we could help rather than leave you to fight it out on your own. Thank you for your patience, for your business, and for taking the time to write.

Tony will be delighted and we will pass it on. Good tip on the installation package, too; it exists for exactly that reason. Thank you for your business.

Good, arrived swiftly.

Svar fra Canadian Spa
Thank you, Tomasz — good to hear the water testing app is earning its keep. Getting the chemistry right is the fiddliest part of owning a tub, so anything that takes the guesswork out of it is worth having. Thank you for your business, and for taking the time to write.

Chilliwack IR sauna
The product (a Chilliwack IR sauna) far exceeded our expectations. Extremely well constructed, easy to put together and delivers a much higher heat than we thought possible from an IR sauna. Service from Canadian Spa was excellent with sauna delivered faster than expected. I did have to help the driver unload it - was easily the heaviest thing I've ever lifted - so if you're not in a position to assist, make them aware of that when discussing delivery.

Thank you, Iain — we really appreciate the time you took to write this.
Infrared saunas tend to get underestimated on heat, so it is good to hear the Chilliwack surprised you on that front. Enjoy it, and thank you for your business.

Really pleased to receive an after sales call from Canadian Spa to make sure I had received my item in the end.
