You do not accept credit cards, this makes it harder to do business with you.
I am an American citizen. Your phone employees all seem to be French Canadian. Their English is heavily accented, and hard to understand.
Perhaps you could use a person that was not so heavily accented when speaking with an American. I’m not biased or racist or anti French Canadian, I just think it is a good business practice.
My electronic check was declined (not your fault), and I told the young lady I would send a physical check. She repeatedly told me to use Venmo. I repeatedly told her I don’t use Venmo, and that I would send a physical check. She then asked for the information on the physical check. I asked why she needed the information as she would soon have the check, and you could not use it as an electronic check as it had already been declined. Shen then told me AGAIN to use Venmo. I stated AGAIN that I would send a physical check. She then made several statements that I could not understand. We both hung up. This was not a pleasant, productive conversation.

I had trouble understanding the person and had to ask her to repeat things many times. Other than that everything went ok.

e-checks fail for no reason
I've ordered from other 'Canadian Pharmacies' for over 10yrs with little issue. For some mysterious reason, Canada Pharmacy Pro couldn't process an e-check after giving them routing & acct info for TWO different accts at TWO different banks...both of which I've used for the other 'Canadian Pharmacies'. My banks show no e-check attempts or rejects on my accounts. Two online chats couldn't tell me why the e-checks can't be processed and just kept asking for a different payment method...so even MORE accounts info at risk with unknown party. Sadly, seems too sketchy to continue.

My 1st order from Canada
I am a U.S. citizen making my first order with a Canadian medications supplier. Using Canada Pharmacy Pro's website Chat feature, I enlisted the services of Gerald to help me thru my 1st order. He was great. Very helpful and patient. I needed my med quick, so he advised how I could do so. I uploaded the prescription, provided my medications list, and paid via Zelle while he stood-by and confirmed that each step had been done OK. Next time I will be able to do it myself. Thanks Gerald.
