Person that called was very easy to understand gave me simple details on ordering plus took very little time.

Terrible company! Do not order from them. 2 months and my order has not been placed and they’ve been holding on to my money (hundreds of dollars) all because of their MULTIPLE MISTAKES. I’ve wasted HOURS on the phone with them on 6 different occasions each call leading to stress, frustration and no resolution. My emails were ignored time and time again so I had to call and sit through long holds every time.

It all started when they sent the order to the wrong address. A completely different address not even close to the address I gave them. It took them forever to send me a tracking number and for the mistake to show up on the tracking so I didn’t even find this out for a couple weeks. I called them and gave them the correct address. Two weeks later I get an email saying I needed an updated prescription. I called them and said why would I need another prescription when I already gave y’all one. I can’t get another prescription. After going back and forth at least an hour on the phone they agreed to use the original prescription. Then they tell me, because all the time they wasted, it would not arrive before October 22 (when the US customs was going to start blocking prescription packages) and that they would mail me a check with the refund. They said the check would arrive the week of October 16th. It is now October 29 and I get an email saying “you need to update your prescription” so I call again asking why I’m getting this email when I should have received a refund check already. He says they added it as a credit. I never approved that and was told the check was mailed and should have already been here! He says all he can do is send the check now and make me wait 8-10 more business days or send the order. I tell him to go ahead and send the order and he says he needs a new prescription EVEN THOUGH I PREVIOUSLY SPENT AN HOUR ON THE PHONE GETTING THEIR APPROVAL TO USE THE PRESCRIPTION I ALREADY GAVE THEM. So now 2 months after I placed my order I have no medication and they still have my money.

Quck and easy and professional

I have gotten great service from this company for close to 7 years now with no complaints. One time a shipment got derailed and they immediately took care of the problem and reshipped the order. Great to work with.
