Great Experience
We have ordered from Canada Lighting Experts several times. Each time the orders have come quickly with no issues. This time, one of the glass shades was cracked. We notified the customer care team, sent a photo, and they immediately ordered a replacement for us with no hassle. Very happy with their service and would use them again.

Had some problems with fixtures, company made it right.
Had some problems with water incursion under the spotlight lenses, but Canada Lighting Experts were quick to send replacements and ultimately provided a partial refund as compensation. Very professional and customer-centric.

They are complete scammers
This company is in the USA!!! They go by another name of Bellami or one stop lighting!!! Do not purchase from this company or these people! They constantly lie! No phone number to reach them!!! I Ordered a ceiling fan 2 weeks ago from them it said delivery in 3-5 days! No fan yet no refund no tracking information! You cannot phone them @ all phone number is an automated service!
No one answers you for days! and all they say is you should get it soon! Order number 11978043 paid in full I have chatted with your online people all they say is you should get it soon! told 2-3 days in customs now 5! Absolute Joke!

I purchased from this site last night. No where during your search does it say the prices are in American. Why would I think they would be when it is called Canada Lighting!!!! When my sale was posted to my credit card I saw that the price converted to USA dollars. I called first thing this morning or chatted with an online agent. The order has not been filled and I asked to cancel my order and a refund.I was told they are not sure if they can do that!! Lets see if they respond to this message with a full refund or ignore me.

Not a Canadian Company contrary to name
My wife purchased from this company . They had numerous discounts and with the name she thought that she was paying in Canadian dollars from a Canadian Company . Only after she checked out did she find out it was US dollars . She immediately tried to cancel the company . They shipped the item anyway . It came in a damaged box . Their customer service would not help .

Big shout out to Ann today. If orders are shipped by mail I use a mailing address but if it comes by courier, it has to have a different address or I end up having to hunt down the parcel. I put the wrong shipping address on my order. The label had already been generated. Ann hunted them down and caught my parcel before it left the warehouse and was able to change the address. Not CANADIAN!
I had a terrible experience with Canada Lighting Expert. They claim to be a Canadian company, but they are not. Nowhere during checkout does it indicate that the prices are in USD, which is misleading and deceptive. This is a clear case of false advertising.
Their customer service is non-existent – they rely on AI bots to handle issues, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. The company acts more like a dropshipper than a legitimate business, which makes it feel like you're dealing with a middleman rather than a trustworthy retailer.
Do not buy from them! Save your time and money and look elsewhere. Local Canadian Store!

Canada lighting did a good job. Manufacturer (Golden Lighting) dropped the ball when they charged the duty.
Had to do a lot of legwork to get it refunded. Canada lighting agent Gerard was a great help.
