First time shopping on this website, I was unsure to trust it knowing a lot of unknown websites are scams.
I did my research to check reviews, website domains, and others to see if I could trust the website.
I ultimately decided to go with them and ordered a new phone, the Asus Zenfone 10. Not a popular phone but the latest from Asus.
Ordered on Oct 10, the shipment was on Oct 16, and arrived on Oct 23.
As suggested I recorded myself opening the received package as it. The package did arrive perfectly fine with no damages.
I opened the package to find a brand new phone in a box never before opened. It was in Chinese but when I started the phone I selected English.
It came with a simple case, a 30W PD charger in a USA-style wall outlet, and a 1-meter USB type C to C. Everything was working as expected.
I am greatly impressed with the product and the service I have received so far. I hope they will continue to support me if I have a warranty issue in the coming year.

Order was delivered quick and service was great. Very happy with the phone. Will not hesitate to order from than again.

Great price, love the product and would have given 5 stars if the shipping was faster. I expect Canada Post to be a little slow, that wasn't the issue. The item was supposed to be shipped in 2 to 3 working days, but it wasn't shipped until the 5th working day.

overall I am satisfied with my transaction. The transport took longer than expected. two weeks to receive my product. I think they don't really have the product in stock and that they are ordering overseas. The delivery time would have been the same on another site. but their prices are unbeatable.

Charged my card, then refunded it and claimed my card was denied.
Wasted 4 days when they could've shipped it and I would have the phone in my hand.

This time I tried with Canada Electronics.
I purchased a camera lens for my mirrorless.
My lens came in mentioned time frame, it's brand new, genuine product.
I must say, customer support is outstanding.

Poco F5 shipped within the expected timeframe. No tracking information or confirmation email was sent. Had to contact Canada Electrics inc for a tracking number.

I do believe just selling some stock that nobody wants, and greed are at the top of your list. Customer satisfaction on the bottom.

bestbuy.ca marketplace has many phones to offer at similar prices, in most cases with the possibility to return the product!

The phone finally arrived. All my fault that I ordered the wrong phone and I would have preferred to send it back unopened , but when you choose the wrong retailer you have to live by their rules.

Just make your life easier and buy somewhere else ...

I ordered two Canon EF lenses, a 50mm f/1.2 and a 24-70mm f/2.8, to add to my collection of lenses for my Canon 5D. The pricing was the best I could find here in Canada. I will also use these lenses with a new body, Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K Pro, that supports the Canon EF mount. These two lenses were shipped separately in a well-packed box. Shipping was timely. The Canon boxes were sealed. The lenses function perfectly. I will add protective filters to each lens.

This company responds to queries very quickly. They also offer very competitive prices for items they sell. I'd say you can buy with confidence from Canada Electronics.
