Casino & Sportbook is solid/average overall but customer service is probably the worst I've witness in 15 years. Rude, unprofessional live chat and have no idea what is going on. They were having an tech issue and I was getting answers by automessages like clear cookies etc and then they closed the chat without saying anything.

Att detta bolag har svensk spellicens är ett skämt. Spelinspektionen är en myndighet som inte fungerar. (Likt många andra myndigheter i Sverige).
Som många före har skrivit så betalar Campobet inte ut några vinster.
De skyller på både det ena och andra om varför uttagen blir avbrutna.
Vad ni än gör så sätt inte in några pengar hos Campobet.

The worst experience ever..froze my account..confiscated all my money..Will not answer my e-mails..stay away from this website total scam...just warning others,don't want you to go through what I went through,an absolute nightmare!

They closed my account and said deposit amount will be refunded and asked Skrill screenshot for refund I sent Skrill screenshot on July 22nd .now 14 days over but they are not replying and yesterday on their live chat asked for my id to process refund . I sent via email but still they are not replying . I waiting since 14 days they are playing with me . Pls help me firstly they closed my account without any Reason and refund also not giving. I request everyone not to use this website they are fraud and cheating .

Cons:
Issues cashing out. I've used CampoBets bonus system where you basically get a bet if you insert X amount of money. After I lost that bonus bet, I have attempted to take out my initial funds 2 times. Both requests have been denied. It feels like my money is hostage right now.

Pros: The website is sleek and placing bets work fine. They've done a good job there in my opinion.

If I get my money (basically pocket change) back, I will give em a 4/5.

Ska förklara så alla förstår varför ni ska undvika denna sida. Campobet var bra förr, snabba uttag varje gång gjort över 50uttag, aldrig problem. men nu utan att nämna det så i år har dom tagit bort snabba uttag och kan ta upp till 72 tim. jag har bakgrund i branchen så kan berätta vad som pågår. det går inte bra för dom längre. för att inte riskera konkurs, ändrar dom villkor utan nämna något rakt ut. dom håller på dina pengar av olika anledningar, 1 dem hoppas att du avbryter uttag och spelar bort. 2. dom skjuter på uttag kommer med massa trams om verifering osv, trots du redan veriferat dig med säkraste som finns BANK ID. ändå gör dom såhär. och det är för att hålla deras omsättning högre, och skjuta på utbetalningar så på så vis snyggar dem till sina siffor i bokslutet. Detta är så fullt och dom gör allt för att försöka fördröja eller ev få dig spela bort pengarna. Campobet är inte vad dom var förut, nu är dom ett uselt företag som kommer använda varje fulknep som går. Akta er.

Man kan göra insättningar med bank id men inte uttag! Livechat som ska vara tillgänlig dygnet runt fungerar inte! När man mejlar skickar dem att du inte har verifierat dig? Dem skickar inte länk på var du ska verifiera dig och vad du behöver skicka till dem! Kommer ihåg att jag gjorde denna resa för 1 år sedan och dem sa att fotot va dålig kvalite även om det var riktigt bra kvalite. Hur kan man anmäla dem!

Estou aqui, pra formalizar minha reclamação, nesta casa, eu fiquei com saldo de 1137 na conta, isso em outubro/novembro 2022, já tinha cumprido o rollover do bonus (deposito foi realizado em 09/10/2022 cumpri o rollover em 03/11/2022, ou seja, antes dos 30 dias de prazo do rollover)- ou seja, meu saldo já era real, tanto que solicitei saque em 04/11/2022 e foi permitido - mas nunca recebi este dinheiro, saldo sumiu da conta, inclusive as apostas tambem sumiram, bem conveniente, que zerasse meus dados, quero receber meu dinheiro..Falei no chat e por email, disseram que era saldo de bonus...mentira..primeiro que se fosse saldo de bonus, não permitiria saque, e outra eu tenho todas as apostas feitas, tenho os ids que provam que eu cumpri o rollover antes do prazo. Entao, só quero receber meu dinheiro, mas como a casa já começaram a dizer inverdades, estou já encaminhando o caso pra outras instancias, quero receber de boa meu dinheiro, mas se precisar deixa-los famosos agindo assim, vamo nessa!

Em 22/11/2022 solicitei saque de 1137, que foi permitido pois eu já tinha cumprido o bonus em 03/11/2022 - mas até hoje não recebi, convenientemente sumiu tudo da minha conta, mas tenho aqui, como informado os prints das apostas que confirmam que o rollover já havia sido cumprido.

era 2500 de rollover, sendo que em cada aposta contava no máximo 300 pro rollover, eu fiz a conta, cumpri sim o rollover, com odds superiores a 1,5, somente em mercado permitido em menos de 30 dias.

Como não estou encontrando respaldo com a casa estou divulgando a conduta desta, pra que outros não caiam nessa!

Kundtjänsten (när dom behagar svara efter 100 år) skyller bara ifrån sig på Zimpler och konstaterar problemet men vägrar att svara på varför. Har försökt 10-15 gånger att få ut mina pengar, detta i säkert 4-5 veckor utan framgång.
Har jag inte pengarna på kontot inom en vecka så kan både polismyndigheten och spelinspektionen vänta sig samtal. Detta kommer att polisanmälas som bedrägeri. Aldrig någonsin haft att göra med ett så uruselt spelföretag någonsin. Akta er verkligen. Sätt aldrig någonsin er fot där!

They are one of the biggest scam in the industry, I filled suit against them with their License provider Malta Gaming Authority

They keep making up new rules to keep your money. They will not allow you withdraw your funds via card even if you have deposited with one. They tell you that you can't get an answer to your question until all your bets are settled. They tell you on chat to contact the email address. What's the point of live chat then? I would have kept playing if they were in any way fair. Complaint lodged with the MGA now. Hopefully they can investigate their practices which are ridiculous.

I have still withdrawal demands in my closed account. It was closed immediately when I gained some winnings.They asked documents to proof my identity and address. I sent them. They told pdf is not acceptable but need photo. I sent a photo. They never replied.

I have contacted them quite many times about this issue, never any kind of reaction. I went to Campobet page to chat. There I was told they will contact me via email. Nothing has happened. No explication, no reason why my account was locked.

I know casinos are nowadays greedy and have no moral, but I still I'd be quite happy to hear, what is the problem. If they even know it themselves, probably just locked me out not to loose money in withdrawals.

I use internet via my phone, which has 2 sims because I happen to have property in 2 different countries. When I tried to log in your page via restricted area sim, I could not get in there, access denied. And I have contacted your customer service several times, so far 1 auto reply but that is all.

Based on your reply, player is not allowed to play when not sitting at home and when reading your terms and conditions, you can when ever block whose ever account and confiscate winnings without giving any reason.

I propose you add to terms this: "When ever we decide not to pay your winnings, we can do that without telling you anything and there's nothing you can do. be happy and deposit more, those we accept in any circumstances".

Everyone can write nice sentences in Trustpilot and then continue ignoring all the other contact attempts. I'm really not holding my breath while waiting some other kind of reaction from your side.

So i deposited 5000 kronor and i started slowly winning it up to 35000 kronor. Suddenly i couldnt bet anymore than 1 krona per match. I was limited. Then the hell started, i tried to withdraw this amount i won. I gave them all verification they wanted (even alot of papers from the bank and bank account) But everytime i sent in it they wanted something new. They just made up stupids things to keep my money locked. I made verifaction problem on 20 sites and never had problem. But it took me 4 monthes and alot of bank calls. But it took that i last threatened them with Swedish Inspection then they unlocked it so i could withdraw. Worst support ever, they limit winning accounts and it you will go mad if you have to do verification. Play on other casinos and save the trouble

You responded to my review on the Trustpilot site five days ago and you confirmed that you would escalate my query to the relevant department once you found my details. What does the word
"Escalate" mean in Campobet because I've heard it so many times from your Chat Line staff and now you? I updated my review the following day and I gave you all the reference numbers I received from Campobet. You should have been able to find my query straight away with those reference numbers and sent me a private email confirming that you had located my account and would respond accordingly. Campobet are now looking ridiculous as you've gone silent in your responses. Is it a case that you cannot trace any of those reference numbers and you are too embarrassed to respond? I contacted the Chat Line two days ago and I was told my query was still being reviewed and to be patient 🤔🤔🤔(screenshot to hand). I would love to attach the screenshot to this review as it's so pathetic and unbelievable. It will be one month on the 14th of January 2023 since I first wrote to the support area in Campobet with a simple query and you just refuse to respond.

Do not heed any of the fake 5 star reviews of this company. They all seem to be written around the same time April 2021 and hardly one since. I wonder who wrote those reviews 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I have forwarded my complaint to ECOGRA and followed it up with an email to the MGA in Malta. Maybe they can get a response from your company as I certainly can't!! How do you expect any of your customers to trust Campobet if you can't even comply with your own terms and conditions?

Jag varnar er alla från att spela på denna sida. Spelbolaget stängde ner mitt konto och beslagtog mina vinster på 71.760 kr.
Anledningen var att jag inte vid registrering tillkännagav att jag spelar fotboll i division 3 och har gjort 1 match i svenska cupen då mitt amatörlag fått en friplats.
Jag kan lova er att större spelvinster aldrig kommer bli utbetalda, det finns alltid något som bryter mot deras korrupta regler.
