Not impressed with this company at all
Not impressed with this company at all. Customer service is poor at responding and little to no help with an issue I had with my Fiamma awning. The awning which is around £600 has imperfections in the finish and camper warehouse don’t seem to be at all bothered by this, just asked me to wipe with a cloth! I replied after cleaning and still not had a response, so I will now go direct to Fiamma. Also when I ordered the awning I paid for the brackets at the same time, these were apparently sent out separately from another supplier, (which there was no information about), the awning arrived with no brackets so I couldn’t fit the awning without these, which meant we had a huge box in our house for several days until I sourced the brackets myself from elsewhere. The brackets from Camper Warehouse never arrived, I presume they had never been ordered even though I’d paid for them. Overall a shocking experience with this company and I won’t use them again.
So much competition out there that I’m surprised there is no control with customer service. Not happy!
Just to add, you offered to check the paint finish of the awning at your location which is over 150 mile round trip for me, totally unreasonable. Also I kept the protection on whilst installing to avoid any damage whilst doing so. The marks on the casing are due to the factory finish, not surface scratches, as I have already explained and provided photos.
I still haven’t had a response from my follow up email now 7 days ago, poor! I fail to see how you have any defence on how you have dealt with this issue. I hope I get a better service from Fiamma.

We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience. We always want customers to be happy with both their products and the service they receive, so we take comments like this seriously.
To clarify, the awning and fitting brackets were dispatched from the same supplier but from different warehouse locations, which can occasionally mean items arrive separately. We appreciate this could have been communicated more clearly, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused while waiting for the brackets.
Regarding the finish on the awning, we understand this was raised with us after the awning had already been fitted to the vehicle. Normally, any visible damage or product concerns should be reported before installation or use, so they can be assessed properly. However, we still offered for you to bring the vehicle to our showroom so our team could inspect the awning in person and assess the best way forward, including repair or replacement options where appropriate.
We’re sorry that this offer was not taken up, as we were willing to help resolve the matter fairly.
Customer service is extremely important to us, and while we appreciate your frustration, we do feel we made reasonable efforts to investigate and support you with the issue. We remain happy to review the awning in person should you wish to arrange this with our team.

Fiamma 425 awning arrived but…
Fiamma 425 awning arrived but unfortunately had delivery damage. I emailed them twice with pictures of the damage to try and determine if it was caused during delivery (most likely). But no response was received. I guess once they have your money they are done with you. A trend I’m experiencing more of these days.

Ordered fiamma 45 awning which arrived fine. However fiamma no longer supply the 3no. Standard brackets as standard and not amended on there website. However on contacting camper warehouse, they were more than happy to send me the brackets f.o.c. Even though not there fault fiamma no longer supply brackets as standard. Awning now fitted and all fine. Thanks for sorting guys.
