I ordered a microwave oven for our RV which was defective. Getting this resolved has been an extremely frustrating. After a promising start, including a promise to quickly get me a return shipping authorization, they fell silent. After I contacted them again, they blew me off and referred me to the manufacturer. So now I'm starting over. They haven't shown any interest in helping me. I can't see ordering from them ever again.

This company is a JOKE!! If I could rate negative stars I would! We ordered a product and they sent the wrong product. Instead of making it right, after agreeing they sent the wrong product they said they would ship the product that WE already paid for AFTER they receive their screw up product back! Not only that, it will take a week for us to receive the shipping label from them to even send the wrong product back!! And they don't care that they have already taken our money, because this is their policy!!! Beware and do not order. Because if they screw up, then to heck with you and your money...it can be held up for However long they choose!!

I ordered a tank for my camper build on Monday and the tank arrived on Thursday. Tank was in the original manufacturer's packaging in new condition as described. No obvious damage during shipping and tank appears to be in good shape.

Their "in stock" doesn't actually mean "in stock". Will promise that it will ship, and nothing will happen. Ten days have gone by with nothing, thought it was to ship 3-5 days at the most, after. Highly recommend avoiding this site completely.

Do not ever purchase from CAMPERiD. A week ago we purchased a sink from CAMPiD. It arrived crushed, bent and unusable. When we contacted CAMPiD we were told they would schedule UPS to pick up the damaged sink and the order would be cancelled. CAMPiD instructed us to reorder the sink if we still wanted it.
We reordered the sink. CAMPERiD rejected the this second purchase with the explanation that our credit card was declined. We contacted our credit card company and they provided a copy of our account showing this second order posted to the account; our credit card was NOT declined. We provided CAMPiD with a copy of the account provided by our credit card company showing the second purchase of this sink. CAMPERiD would not assist us to get their errant record corrected. Our credit card company is helping us dispute this charge.
Yesterday, we made a third attempt to purchase this sink. CAMPERiD provided an e-mail confirmation of this purchase. This morning, we received an order cancellation notice from CAMPERiD. When we phoned CAMPERiD customer service we were told the order was cancelled because the price had changed. It is illegal to charge more after an item has been sold for an agreed upon price. CAMPERiD is not only incompetent, it is a fraudulent company.

Others have noted same. Found desired item, despite showing shipping charge @ $0.00... added $11+ shipping at checkout.

Prices were great and the shopping cart showed no shipping charges. I did not give it a second thought until I later got my confirmation email where I saw shipping was added!! Bait and switch much? I am a very savvy online shopper and would never have used this site if it even hinted the potential for shipping.

Awful experience. I’m currently on day 12 of waiting for an item to ship which said had 51 in stock and would ship in 24 hours. Last time I called I was told 2-3 more business days and at this point I’m heading into day 4 with no progress. Avoid this company and do not trust their shipping times. They just want to get a transaction and will keep dragging you along indefinitely as far as I can tell.

Be aware, watch out, Selecting item and give address and it showed free shipping, But as soon as I went to checkout there showed up and added nearly $20 in ground shipping costs. Always be aware before you hit the submit payment

So I had a very horrible experience. Call to order a tub and shower enclosure for my RV specifically talk to a receptor representative to make sure that they would match. They put me on hold for 15 minutes to put eyeballs on it supposedly. What I received did not match. The customer service was utterly horrible. I was told it was their mistake for a while they tried to tell me it was a third party mistake. But then admitted it really was their mistake. But then would do basically nothing about it. The product in the end cost me more and were very substandard. I'm probably going to throw all of it away and start over. I would not recommend using these people for anything under any circumstances. Save yourself the time and trouble spend more money and buy products somewhere else. Cheap often is very expensive

These people are the worst when it comes to customer service. They have no clue about customer service. Go anywhere else if you need parts because they will take days to email you and never address your needs

Product was as described. My only issue was with packaging. Packaging was horrible. No padding of any kind and small hardware had fell out of the holes in the packaging. $500 dollar steps were damaged in transit.

Again as everyone else stated you order a part expecting it to be delivered and shipped and 24 hours totally not true you call and get the same story every time O its shipping to morrow and the next day O it shipping to morrow and then the next day it's shipping to day and then you still get 7 days into it and it still hasn't shipped yet ask for a refund and it's gonna be 5 days before you get Your refund so your at there mercy. Was afraid I wouldn't get my refund either.. so here we sit stranded until our part gets here. Bad bad bad company.

I ordered steps for our camper on the 9/4/2020 (Friday before Labor Day), they were delivered today 9/14/2020.
Good service and a very good price! I was a tad worried after reading all the negative reviews but I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

I ordered a new skylight cover for my shower in my 2018 grand design solitude because my original cover had been shattered by hail. This new cover is worth way more than it costs. It is about 4 times thicker than the original is It is simple to replace if you have basic skills and knowledge. I ordered online and received it in the time specified with absolutely no problems. I have these guys bookmarked and they will definitely be my first choice to look for parts next time I need something

This has been the worst customer service from a company I have ever had. I ordered a door latch and only received half the latch. It is like buying a pair of shoes and only receiving one shoe. The rep from the company gave me a bigger run around than a politician. I am very disappointed with this company and will NEVER order from them again. Buyer BEWARE. Shop elsewhere.

They are nothing more then a drop-shipper. They do NOT physically have the product in stock but middleman it. So you lose time when you could have purchased it from a bigger company with in house inventory.

While on a camping trip, the microwave in our camper stopped working. Returned from our trip on Sunday and were leaving again on Thursday for another trip. Found the needed microwave on camperid.com and decided to order as we paid for overnight shipping and it was guaranteed to be at our house on Wednesday. AFTER placing the order, it informed us that due to COVID, the order may be delayed. Ok. I just paid extra to have it overnighted. I called camperid.com and was told that even though i received that message, I paid for overnight, so it was guaranteed by Wednesday. Perfect! Until Wednesday came and went and the microwave was not delivered. I called again and was told it would be there regular shipping and would arrive on Thursday. They apolgized and told me that they would refund 1/2 of my shipping cost. WHAT?!?!? How is that ok. I paid for a service that they did not give AND I didn't have what we needed for our trip. They also told me if I bought the needed microwave somewhere else that I would have to pay for return shipping. Again on a product that I paid for and they guaranteed it would be here in time. I will never order from camperid.com again. If you need the item over nighted...DO NOT trust them.

Wish I had read the reviews before I attempted purchase. Ordered An AC unit, and wiring adapter. They informed me that they were both shipped under a UPS tracking number. NOT, the wiring adapter was. I spoke to a rep, would check on it and get me an answer within 24-48 hours (They're standard answer by the way). A few days later I got another email stating it was shipped with a bogus tracking number. Several emails, phone calls, and chats later, they still don't know the status. I told them to cancel the order and they told me they can't because THEY don't know the status. What kind of racket are they running there?

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a shower surround, and a shower pan from this company, which required special shipping. I basically had to do all of the leg work to get the product to my house. This included calling the shipping company multiple times, calling the actual shipping broker, which they used to get the actual shipping company, and then calling them multiple times to get the correct information. If it werent for me calling and spending 5 hours on the phone with these various companies, I would have never received the product.

Then, I asked for them to refund my shipping cost, of 130 dollars, because I had to do all of the leg work and spend hours on the phone to get this done, and they COMPLETELY refused to refund my shipping. This is unacceptable in my opinion, and NO ONE should do business with this company. As I am writing this now, I still dont have the product, and we will see if it even comes to me undamaged.
