My son attends Camp Beaumont on St Helen's School.They have a variety of activities, which is fantastic because my son it seems very happy and he always says that he had the best day ever.The team is well organized, welcoming and helpful.Thanks to all the team for giving my son an amazing time at Camp Beaumont. Highly recommend 😊

Our son loved this camp at Epsom College! The leaders are really passionate about what they do and he came back everyday desperate to go back the next. Great variety of activities and chance to try out new games and sports. We will definitely send our son back to the summer camp!

We booked Camp Beaumont in Berkhamsted in the summer of 2024 for our then 3.5 year old. He enjoyed the couple of days he spent there so I ambitiously booked him in for multiple weeks for the summer holidays of 2025. I reasoned that he was 4.5, with a full year of school nursery under his belt so it would be fine. What I didn't realise was that they had changed the venue to a different school in Berkhamsted and that as a result of building works taking place, the smallest kids would be with all the other older kids for huge chunks of the day. This included being in the sports hall with all ages which was very loud and overwhelming for my son. What I found particularly upsetting was that he was visibly upset, crying on and off throughout the day and I didn't find that out until I arrived to pick him up. He collapsed into my arms sobbing and couldn't even articulate why he was so upset. I would expect a child being this upset to at least warrant a phone call to the parent to let them know that their child is having a tricky time. I would have rather collected him early than him persist in that environment without support. I think the fact that these camps are largely staffed by young adults without children really shows. When I collected him, another child had banged their face quite badly and was sobbing uncontrollably, again this would have seemed like a good time to phone their parent but I didn't see anyone doing so. I did phone the following day to speak to the manager to try and find out more about what his day had been like and she was honest with me about it which I appreciated. We came up with a plan for the following week that included him being able to duck out of the group sessions for quiet colouring and using his ear defenders if it was too loud but we never had the opportunity to put any of that into practice as on the next day he was booked in he had such a visceral full body fear reaction to the idea of going for even a short time that I couldn't bring myself to force him to go. I did get a full refund aside from the flex amount I paid so that was helpful but I am now in the unfortunate position of having to build his confidence in going to holiday childcare back up from scratch. This October half term, I only managed to get him to look around another provider on one day and stay for an hour on another. I will likely have to build that up for him next school holiday until he feels safe being left somewhere new. If you have older children who are accustomed to going to holiday childcare, this provider is great. If you have a younger or more sensitive child, I don't feel that they are equipped to handle that particularly well. This may have just been an unfortunate confluence of issues that won't be repeated again but I won't be able to find out as my son will not entertain returning to their camps again.

We have used the donhead camp twice and both times have been really great. My son has loved the activities and come home full of enthusiasm to go back. The staff are really engaged and positive. I really like the little card at the end of the day saying what they have been up to, how my child has been and what they particularly enjoyed.

Another great Camp at Caterham. It eases the ‘mum and dad guilt’ knowing the children are having a great time, lots of activities with a lovely team. Thanks Camp Beaumont Caterham and see you all soon

The team at Camp Beaumont in Heatherton School, Amersham were amazing this half term. Our son Oliver loved his time there and the activities - thank you to Jessica and Mya, plus everyone else!

My sons absolutely love coming to Camp Beaumont, we go to either Rochester or Colfes depending on where we are at the time. They love the fact that they can swim, and play a range of activities. They get to interact with other children their age and make friends. We love attending Camp all the staff are lovely, attentive and caring which makes the children feel safe and comfortable to come in.

Amazing holiday camp! My son loves it!!! Staff is super friendly! They do lots of activities and in summer also offer swimming.Our ‘go to’ holiday camp over the school breaks.

My son Evan absolutely loved his time at Camp Beaumont at St Augustine’s Priory, led by Paul and his wonderful team. He attended a few days during the summer holidays and again over the Halloween half term, and every morning he was excited to go. He always came home happy, full of stories, and having made new friends. The daily activities were fun, engaging and varied, and the staff were warm, caring and energetic.

It’s such a relief as a parent to know your child is not only safe, but genuinely enjoying their day. I highly recommend this camp and the fantastic team running it – we will definitely be returning!

I have two children that attend the camp and both love it. They are really different to each other and I wondered if both would enjoy the activities but there is such a range of activities that they always come out at the end of the day with a list of things they want to tell me they did.
The staff are fantastic. My son had an accident and they dealt with it really well and my son felt looked after and safe even though me and my husband weren’t there.

Not inclusive of children with additional needs. My 3 year old was disqualified from this camp,no support in place,no reasonable adjustments or meeting how he could have been supported better. No one bothered to get to know him,expensive camp with some staff who didn't even smile...Would definitely not recommend!

This is the best camp my child has been too. He enjoys it immensely and as a parent I'm happy to drop him off in the morning without worrying all day about his wellbeing. This is not something I take for granted as I have had to pull him out of previous holidays camps as he was not being supervised or cared for in the way I would have expected.

The staff were so welcoming and kind and made my daughter feel very relaxed and at ease on her first day. They were super positive and full of energy. I felt confident leaving her there.

5 year old attended the camp in Windsor for a week. He settled in fast and loved all the activities, especially playing in the pool. He’s tried a few camps and this was definitely his favourite! Staff seemed experienced and confident.

Camp Beaumont excluded my autistic/ADHD son despite being aware of his needs. Instead of making reasonable adjustments, I was repeatedly called to collect him early and he was eventually denied his place. I paid for care but was left out of pocket, distressed, and forced to scramble childcare – a clear case of disability discrimination. They simply sent an email saying they were closing the case so I will be seeking legal action to reclaim my lost money but this will just be the start of persuading them for disability discrimination
