We had such a wonderful week travelling the South Island in the van from Campa South. The van was exactly what we were hoping for. Comfy, an excellent layout and easy enough to drive and park. The airport pick up and drop off was a luxurious perk and made the whole trip feel seamless. The team at Campa South were helpful and quick to respond both before and during the trip and nothing felt like a bother. I’d happily reccomend Campa South to anyone and hope one day I can return for another trip.

CampaSouth couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The vans are modern, reliable and super comfortable. It's clear Graham and Susan have thought of every aspect of a traveller's experience. Their local hints and tips were helpful, our van was kitted out with everything we needed (incl. all linen plus extra blankets, and a milk frother for our coffee). Best surprise was a really comfy bed that allowed us to sleep well after a big day of hiking and exploring. We'd use them over and over again without a doubt.

This was the second time we had rented a campervan from Campasouth Rentals, and we were once again really satisfied with the service provided by Sue and Graham. We drove around New Zealand for two months without encountering a single problem. The van was recent and really comfortable, and was equipped with everything you need for a nice, comfortable journey. We really felt that Graham and Sue cared about us having a great time with their campervan and this made our journey just fantastic!!!

From the first initial email enquiring about the cost and availability of campavan to completing our two week trip , Campasouth were exceptional.
There communication was always prompt and always full of advise and informative. They advised us which route to use due to the unpredictable weather, which made our holiday so much more enjoyable by avoiding the rainy side first.
Its a small family firm who care about what they do and also the standard of there vans they hire out.
Everything you could ever need is provided at no extra cost.
The van layout is so well designed and the seating is of very good quality which intern provides a very comfy bed.
We would definitely book again with such a great friendly caring company.

Susan and Graham gave us a wonderful welcome in Christchurch. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including a hands-on driving lesson where Graham accompanied us on the road and coached us through driving on the left side. They also walked us through how the van works and shared loads of useful tips for exploring the South Island.
The van itself was perfectly set up, super practical, and we had zero issues throughout our 25-day trip. We always felt that Susan and Graham were available if we needed any help.
Highly recommended for anyone planning a campervan adventure in New Zealand!
