Pretty bad to be honest. No way to contact them. Their own Solvvy just froze and never sent . I was drowning in a malicious email attack and no help was available. I tweeted them. No reply. Eventually one Solvvy got through and contact was made.

Customer service was excellent. We had an issue and received a prompt reply with an explanation and a resolution to the problem. We love the support we get from Campaign Monitor.

one of the support team responded to my questions via email (multiple times) and solved my issues with creating a draft campaign in a really timely manner, in a friendly and helpful way. I could not be more impressed with the service :)

Opened a support ticket and Kerri was great in answering my questions and getting it done. We have used Campaign Monitor for years and it's a great system. Have recommended it to others and would recommend it as an email and automation platform.

There customer service is terrible. There emails are written like they don't care about their customers. They do not work with the client to change anything.
Would not recommend this company.

I asked a question and had the solution in a very short time - which i appreciated as i am out in Australia, presumably back of the US clock.

Absolutely awful and unsympathetic customer experience. Am a very small hotelier in the French Alps hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic - and Campaign Monitor could care less about me and the fact that they charged me throughout this entire period of inactivity. I asked for a part refund to assist me (I simply had no use for Campaign Monitor but did not want to lose my templates and database) but was flatly told "no". I have large corporations I work with who are more sympathetic!! Hell - even Booking.com cut me some slack and helped us out financially. Really really appalling of Campaign Monitor.

Great software, super quick and professional support, always helpful!

The customer service team at Campaign Monitor is top-notch. I sent an email campaign with a broken URL, and after a quick phone call they were able to update that link before even .01% of my customers opened. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my email campaigns!

USD/EUR price conversion is a total rip off.
In the Basic Plan you pay $129 or €129 (instead of market conform €107), $199 or €199 (instead of €165), but ... wait for this ... $299 or €329 !!! (instead of €248).

We get it that they try to be Apple where USD = EUR, but while adding $100 from Tier 2 to Tier 3, they add €130 (equivalent $165) for EUR customers. Why????

Support in totally unwilling to admit their Tier 3 pricing makes absolutely no sense and hide behind "it's not up to us, it's Sales".

We are currently looking for an alternative for our clients.

Campaign Monitor went above and beyond to help us scramble through and respond to yet another hairpin turn as a result of the Covid -19 crisis. Thanks to their quick response and creative solution we were able to turn around out campaign on a dime.

I love how the second support answered my question about updating our business address.

I recently upgraded to include call support. It was so helpful to have knowledgeable people quickly answer my questions and get me up to speed.

If you have some problem that needs help immediately or in a short time, this CampaignMonitor can do it properly.

Campaign Monitor is simply the best email service provider I've used. Their deliverability is great, the tools available for building campaigns work well, and their support team is unmatched. We recently had a serious issue that their team was able to resolve in a matter of minutes. Excellent company and great product!
