I ordred the cammus c5 and desk clamp from there I got it a coupon code for 240 quid and after 11 days I emailed them to ask what's happening with ny order but then the next day it randomly arrived in the afternoon they still haven't replied to that email which is kinda strange luckily it arrived but no dispatch email or anything but it works well no issues from my experience make sire to buy from uk warehouse otherwise you have to pay import tax isn't made very clear nearly made that mistake

I'll try to update this review when i'll get some news on my order

I bought a bundle at Cammus Racing the 01/12/2024, what i wasn't expecting is that someone would give me their simracing sim so i wanted to cancel my order, after 5 days, i still have no feedback on my order if its processing or its shipped or anything.

I contacted them on their 3 emails, their discord and their instagram, stil no feedback so the best thing i can do is spam them everyday until i get back my 300$ + 50$ SHIPPING FEE THAT I WON'T BE ABLE TO GET BACK IF THEY DON'T ANSWER ME BEFORE MY ORDER GET SHIPPED

Someone has to be first I suppose...I wish it wasn't me.
So, ordered a set of LP100 Pedals from there site. Apparently they have a UK warehouse and they are "in stock" Perfect I think. I'll order.
Check Trustpilot, can't find a review, check reddit find some (not terrible) reviews. I'll take a chance think I.

These are fairly heavy but $50.00 delivery from the UK warehouse to my UK address seems a little pricey.
Ordered a week ago, still sitting as "proccessing" they are still listing as in stock. Now, the reason I am here is not because my gear hasn't even been posted yet, I am here because you can barely get a word out of them. No explanations, "we'll send you tracking" is their favourite warcry. Ask 'Minnie' is another. So, did a little deeper and find (via reddit) that these guys are bad, false reviews (alledgedly by them) New accounts etc, you get the idea.

So, upshot is, I'm still waiting, I have launched a Paypal dispute, Paypal say "give them a month" No chance.

So, I think they don't have a UK warehouse, the few snippets of emails I have are accompanied by Chinese writings as well as English.
I'm going to write this off as a bad decision on my part but I will chase these to get my full amount refunded.

I will update if anything changes.
