Price was good and trade in value reasonable. Just took a while to value trade in. Also had to pay to send in lens for exchange. These two factors meant took one star off.

Problems caused by my ineptitude whilst ordering on line was swiftly cleared up when I phoned a staff member in the shop. Within a couple of hours, my re-order had been received, acknowledged and sent out, the item arriving the next day. First class service all round.

Great deals and great service, so go "snap" up a bargain!
I got a great deal on my new camera, a Nikon Zf, from Camix, and they shipped it out to me very quickly. It was in perfect condition when it arrived, and I'm really pleased with my purchase, an excellent camera, and excellent service from Camix, so thank you to them!

Incredible deal and perfect service
I made a massive saving on the camera I wanted via Camix. It was such a good deal I was suspicious but it was very highly rated on trustpilot.

Faulty grey import stock
Bought an expensive lens through their Amazon store. Grey stock & faulty. Seller ignored communication & requests from Amazon support.
Fix will cost almost the purchase price. Avoid.
