Good selection of wines. Ordered on a Saturday and my order was delivered Tuesday!! Good communication and delivery info. Will definitely order from them again.

Easy to purchase but poor presentation
Straight forward to buy the voucher but a shame it was an ordinary email not really a gift card. Also didn't realise that vouchers have to be used in 1 transaction - I would have bought several smaller ones if I'd known that in advance.
Thanks for your prompt reply. Here are the T&Cs on the gift certificate I received:
"Terms & Conditions: This voucher can only be redeemed before the Expiry Date in one
single transaction via **"our website**, or in our Cambridge city centre
locations. It is not valid in our Royston and Ampthill shops. The voucher value is applied
to your order after other discounts and has no direct cash redemption or resale value."
This does not agree with your reply - one or the other needs updating!

Hi - I'm sorry you're disappointed in our gift certificate. I'll look into making it clearer that it is an email and not a physical card.
On the single transaction - that's not actually correct. You can use it across multiple transactions. Were you told this by someone in the company? If so, first, I apologise that they gave you the wrong information. Second, I'll make sure people are aware that the certificates can be used across multiple transactions.
Ah - thank you for that. I'll have to get that updated. I don't know why it says that, but thank for you letting me know!
