The interface requires a bit of a learning curve, but once you work through it the software is solid.

Exellent at the core business model of calls and recording. Lacking usable integration into CRMs .

Lacking usable integration into CRMs .
Many times’ clients call from different numbers than the “one” phone number that was originally saved in the Leads object. In addition, many times clients call from work numbers that are a general out bound number for all employees. The current integration model just keeps creating lead objects, which once you convert the initial lead they are actually a client.

Must have functionality to make integration usable for many service business/industries is ability to have lookups into CRM from CTM in order to select and append the recordings to the appropriate records.

i. Client calls in using cell phone a lead is added to Sales force under cell phone number.
ii. Next day same client calls back with land line(home phone) need to attach to existing record and not a new lead as it is same client.
iii. Next day same client calls from work number,need to attach to existing record and not a new lead as again same client.

If CTM can create better integration would have scored higher.

We have been using CallTrackingMetrics…

We have been using CallTrackingMetrics for nearly 1 year. It is easy to register & setup and manage the numbers for the various marketing campaigns we have done. The ability to expand or shrink numbers used and auto-renewal to minimum levels is very useful. Would highly recommend them.

When reviewing calls coming from my side, there are many times the other side cannot hear me. I have tried with numerous headsets to the same results.

This program seems awful to me

This program seems awful to me. It has made me use my cell phone FAR more than I'd like, and when it is (somewhat) working, I have to re-boot, re-boot, and re-boot again. It's not my call (pun not intended), but if it were me, I'd get rid of this phone system post haste
