signed up
signed up, but then found that there is NO online user portal to login to so that you can change the phone number divert!!
no option to cancel service either, so have had to cancel the paypal subscription!
overall, a poor experience!

We find your 1 star review a little harsh to be honest, although we do not provide an online portal (an app is in development for this) as such currently, you CAN contact us ANYTIME by phone or email to redirect your number to a different destination, likewise, you can cancel your subscription by emailing us to give your notice (as stated in our Terms and Conditions).
Feedback is very important to us and bad reviews hurt us, of course we understand your frustrations at a lack of a customer portal thereof, but we strongly recommend customers contact us before leaving a 1 star review so it gives us a chance to put things right as providing a high level of customer services is our top priority.
We are sorry you felt you had to cancel your service in this way.

Dreadful company 0/10
Dreadful company and know nothing about customer service. we moved banks so were paying this company directly for a couple of payments second one being Decembers invoice which was due on the 24th. Our Christmas Holidays had started and on Arriving back at work on catch up mode discover we have a late payment charge larger than our bill ???. 30 days is standard for almost all companies but not this one as you get 0 working days minutes and seconds.
So let us just think about this, You get your invoice at 9 am and within a nano second your a late payer (according to the company).
Became difficult when asked to provide invoices we could access,
Refused to give start and end dates for charged periods,
Claimed had no legal obligation to invoice dates for said charged periods,
Failed to send invoices we could open,
Failed to provide contract between us,
Failed to send paper billing when requested and added late payment charges.
Needless to say we terminated a service we had for a number of years.
Without such appalling service we would have continued to use this provider for a long long time
Well done guys nicely handled.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
As discussed in our email conversation, you contacted us to tell us when you were able to pay us and I've explained to you that this isn't how business works, we have a due date for our invoices and should payment arrive in an unreasonable time, or not at all in your case, then a late payment fee may be added to your invoice amount.
You are wrong to say that we add a late payment after 0 seconds, your payment was due on the 24th December and we levied the late fee on the 9th January 2020 (16 days after your due date) to your account, however you already know this following on from our extensive email conversation.
I disagree with your review entirely and I'll explain why:
1 - We offer an online portal which I provided you details on how to access to view your invoices.
2 - We have never refused to provide invoice dates, all invoices state the period they are billed for, for example and again, I have explained this to you previously, "Invoice period - December 2019" means that the bill is from 1st December to the 31st December.
3 - There is no "Legal obligation" to do what you have asked, it's industry standard and widely accepted that people understand when an invoice period states the full month it means it's from the first to the last date in the month. In the previous 4 years of invoicing you this way, you have never queried this which makes me think you are simply "nit picking" now.
4 - We email our invoices every month, we attach the PDF to the email and we also give you a link to the portal to access it online as previously mentioned.
5 - On the 8th January you requested a copy of your contract, this was sent to you on the 10th January which you replied confirming receipt.
6 - As explained to you, as an environmentally friendly company, we do not offer paper billing, we email them to you and you can download and print from our online portal.
In summary, you were clearly unhappy that we did not accept you telling us when we would be paid for a service we had already provided you with, we levied a late fee which we are obliged to do as per our terms of business and you have now left a completely unfounded review.
