This is propbably the worst AI platform that anyone can be a part of. There is no support and there is probably a 5% uptime in deliverables. I have wasted about $10,000 in working with them to make their system work with the simplist platform there is and that is Go High Level. Callfluent is the worst platform ever.
sucks noone calls you although they say they will withn 4 hours there system is sooooo complicated
I scheduled a demo and the sales team ghosted me, truly wanted to try the platform but after that I dont feel safe anymore
CallFluent AI have been really helpful with the questions I have had in setting up our outbound and inbound call agents.
It wasn't made clear to me when I signed up that I would need to purchase numbers via Twilio (hence the drop of 1 star) but apart from that, the support has been stellar.
I've gone through the detailed set-up for my agents and we have been testing them ready to go live this week.
I also had a very useful onboarding call with Ionut who was really helpful. Looking forward to getting started.
I started using CallFluent because the voice AI company I was originally using wasn't working correctly and my clients were all angry at me. I searched extensively for a new platform that would easily integrate with High Level.
CallFluent was the best choice. They easily integrate with High Level. I'm able to ask questions, save them as fields, and send the answers back to High Level saved in the CRM. I'm also able to directly integrate my High Level calendar with CallFluent for conversational appointment booking on calls.
I love the ability to send an email or SMS to the caller during the call. I also love the ability to save and send the entire chat transcript via webhook. In addition, you can connect your Eleven labs API to pull in your 11 labs voices (including your own).
When I did have problems support was always kind and helpful. They always had my issues resolved within 24 hours.
One thing I must say is the quality of your actual bot depends a lot on how you write your prompt. CallFluent includes some training for this and their support sent me a copy of the prompt they use for the demo bot on their website to help me.
Once I followed their guidelines and did some trail and error my bots started talking much more human-like.
Overall, I have used CallFluent for over four months for myself and my clients. It is the best voice AI platform I have found and the support has been better than the others as well.
I highly recommend them!

I've purchased lot's of online products before but this one works as described and is a quality AI software I can build a real business around.

Pretty happy with my agent for the price, compared to other similar solutions. Had some small issues setting up my account but the support was pretty solid and helped me quickly.
Agent response time is pretty good and they also have web based agents with no extra costs.

expensive and useless. For 3 months I can't use the product. They said the support will handle it. Nothing untill this day. And I made the mistake to pay the big plan for 1 year.
