Caledonian Anmeldelser 

My wife and I went with Caledonian to Austria on 19th September for 9 days 2026 and it was awful. The coach is advised as comfortable, not so, the seats are solid with no padding. We were on the coach for 2 to 3 hrs between trips. My wife rang Caledonian Middlesbrough to ask if she could take her stroller and was told no as there was three on the coach which was untrue as only two were on. The hotel had very limited dinner meals, the coffee machine kept breaking down. The two drivers were brilliant and funny. The trip to Innsbruck, we had spend five hours looking at souvenir shops and without the Stroller had to keep looking for seats. We will not be going with Caledonian again.

We visited Edinburgh on 7th August 2026 for the Tattoo. Our driver, Nicola was absolutely brilliant, not only in her driving but her professional attitude also. She was polite and very helpful, and made a great weekend really special.

Just been on a five day bus trip to Scotland, Gary was our Driver for a lot of the time, but there was others who did the trips out, had the most fantastic time in the Arracher Hotel, good food had 4 free drinks a day, that’s most things behind the bar, water,or coffee. But tours to Oban, Dunoon & Fort William, scenic and beautiful, cannot believe how much we have had for the price we paid, has just been fantastic.
