Calidad precio espectacular. Servicio de entrega rápido.

CAFIDE sells products that look great at first glance, but don’t expect any real support when something goes wrong. After just 1.5 years, I’m forced to throw away a dog bed of around €100 because the quality didn’t hold up. When I contacted customer service, the response took a long time and ultimately offered no real solution. That’s simply not acceptable for products in this price range.

CAFIDE vende productos que se ven bien al principio, pero no esperes ningún tipo de apoyo cuando surge un problema. Después de solo 1,5 años, tengo que tirar una cama para perros de unos 100 € porque la calidad no ha sido suficiente. Además, el servicio al cliente tarda bastante en responder y no ofrece una solución real. Esto no es aceptable para productos de este precio.

We bought two quite expensive dog beds from Cafide Pets because they looked high quality and durable. We were happy to pay more, expecting them to last for years.

Unfortunately, after just 1.5 years, the zipper on one of the beds completely broke. This makes it impossible to remove and wash the cover, so the entire bed is basically useless now.

We contacted customer service, hoping for a reasonable solution. Their response? “Buy a new one, we can’t do anything for you.” Seriously?! That’s not only disappointing, it’s unacceptable.

For a product in this price range, you expect better durability and at the very least some form of support or goodwill. This is neither sustainable nor customer-friendly.

We now have to throw away a perfectly fine bed just because of a faulty zipper. Such a waste.

I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Poor quality and even worse customer service.

We have 2 beds from Cafide. One is a little large because I measured wrong but it is still well made and my dog loves it. The other is just right. Our dog loves both. They are well made and I like the sustainable reuse materials. My orders shipped quickly.

The product arrived in perfect conditions and the quality are amazing. Our dogs are very happy!

Calidad Temu o peor a un precio 10 veces más alto. Se me rompió la cremallera de la cama en el primer lavado y no lo cubre la garantia

El dia 24 de febrero realiza un pedido de una cama XL. El dia 26 de febrero, localizando el paquete, veo que este no se ha podido entregar por falta de información. Escribo a CAFIDE, me contestan que han hecho gestiones con la empresa de envio, la cual les ha indicado que le faltaba el telefono, cuando no era cierto. Ellos le comunican de nuevo mi telefono, y me dicen, que se programa una nueva entrega. Estas conversaciones concluyen el dia 4.03.2026.
Des de entonces no he vuelto a tener más información, a pesar de que he escrito varios correos electronicos. Y encima recibo un correo para que valore el producto (¿que producto sin lo he recibido?). Es vergonzoso. Si hoy no recibo una respuesta, mañana interpondre la correspondiente denuncia ante consumo.

J’ai commandé un panier à 180€ pour finalement recevoir un produit d’une référence complètement différente.
J’ai contacté le service client à 3 reprises, sans réponse. Nous attendons une réponse au risque de devoir entamer d’autres démarches.

Le choix du produit etait trop grand.

J'attend toujours ma commande depuis novembre. Je suis une professionnelle et je me suis mis des clients à dos. (en même temps bientôt 5 mois et toujours pas reçu lol)

I purchased a dog basket that was listed as in stock on January 12, 2026. Since then, I’ve had no news and no shipment only messages saying that my package will be delivered, but no actual update regarding my order.
For a so-called premium website (€130 for a dog basket), I find this more than concerning. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I can see that I’m not the only one in this situation…
I strongly do not recommend.

Très mauvaise qualité, les coutures sautent les unes après les autres après seulement quelques mois d'utilisation.

Je suis ravie de ma commande ! J’ai acheté un panier pour chien ainsi qu’un jouet, et je suis vraiment très satisfaite. Les produits sont magnifiques, très soignés esthétiquement et semblent être de très bonne qualité.
Je ne peux pas encore juger de la tenue dans le temps, mais la première impression est excellente. L’envoi a été extrêmement rapide et le suivi par e-mail était clair et efficace, ce qui est très appréciable.
Je recommande sans hésiter et je commanderai à nouveau avec plaisir !

Je suis déçue de Cafide que l’on m’avait pourtant chaudement conseillé.
La commande que j’ai reçue (outre les délais de livraisons non respectés) n’est pas conforme à l’article que j’ai payé. En l’occurrence, j’ai reçu un demi panier puisque je n’ai pas reçu les coussins adaptés au panier Snozy L pour ma chienne… Ainsi il m’est impossible de l’utiliser en l’état puisqu’il ne s’agit que d’une housse. Pour 120 euros je m’inquiète et me demande si ce n’est pas une tromperie puisque le service client est injoignable : pas de numéro de téléphone renseigné, plusieurs relances par mail non traités. Bref je sollicite, outre un dédommagement financier ou matériel logique dans cette situation, de recevoir les coussins indispensables au panier commandé sinon je ne peux rien en faire…le commande n’est pas conforme et a ce jour ma chienne n’a pas de panier.

Actualisation: les bon coussins ont fini par être reçus.

I bought a dog bett 27.1.2026 and I have still not recieved it. I have written to costumer service 4 times but no reply. NOT GOOD!!!!

The customer service is inixisting! No one reply to our severals written messages (instagram, email, direct message in the web page) and there are no available phone to reach them!!

I wrote severels times by different ways and never had a response.

I ordered 1 (one) “Green Corduroy Dog Bed, Snozy L (90x78x22cm)” and I received my package on thursday, 12.02.2026.

However, my order was not complete or correct. I received a package with 1(one) “Green Corduroy Dog Bed Cover, Snozy” and not 5 (five) adequate Fillings, as it should be, but 2 (two) fillings, each with the following label “Saco Cama Quadrado L 5/6.11.25” (attached photos).

So, not only the 2 (two) fillings i received were not adequate to the bed cover i bought (since they are bigger than the cover) but, also, I did not received any of the 5 (five) adequate and necessary fillings.

I am waiting, for more than 4 days, that the costumer service reply me and urgently resolve this situation, but no one respond me!

J’ai commandé plusieurs fois sur cette marque mais là cette fois je rencontre un problème. J’ai commandé un panier pour mon toutou le 25/01. D’habitude les commandes arrivent très rapidement mais là je n’ai aucune nouvelle de cette commande depuis que je l’ai passé. J’ai déjà envoyé 2 mails au service client sans aucune réponse ! Je suis assez déçue …
