They used to put little free bars of confectionery in as a ‘thank you’ for ordering. Shame they stopped.

Firstly the coffee is great! Also delivery is straightforward( I buy direct or from Ocado)
Two minor very small complaints:
The range of decaf and Demi decaf was excellent but has dwindled.
I would like the option to recycle pods.

Our 2 Decaf Blends are going strong, but we had to discontinue our Half-Caff Brunch Blend as it did not as well as we had hoped for.
If you ever visit our London Store in Clapham South, you can turn any blend into Half-Caff. These are only Coffee Beans and Grounds.

Love CafePod coffee pods, stronger the flavour the better ! Really tasty and pulls you together at any time of day - first thing in the morning, after meals and as a pick-me-up after a busy day. And great value too when bought direct from CafePod (the delivery was speedy and efficient too).

Great shopping experience
Great shopping experience. Unlike a lot of retailers that also have on online presence CafePod's customer services is considerate and thoughtful. You can also reach them on a phone and talk to a real person not a chatbot. They have a good range of coffees to suit most, if not all tastes. Their pricing is competitive, especially if you subscribe to their multipacks. All in all, highly recommended! What more could you want from a retailer?
