Good company, would use again
Good company, cheaper than amazon and local options even with shipping.
Unfortunately my pod machine was clearly dying but it was nicely cleaned and descaled before it was thrown in the bin 😂
When we get a new machine I would happily use this company again.

Lovely coffee
I have recently swapped my coffee machine, so have changed from coffee pods to coffee beans. The coffee beans make a lovely cup of coffee, I have tried different blends and they're all great! Will definitely be ordering again.

Great coffee and really easy to order or set up a subscription. Really rate the customer service who are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend!
The team even sorted me out with some extra after moving house and restarting my order as a thankyou.

Excellent experience
I bought a selection of standard blends, super charger, intense roast, daily grind and one of cafepod's in store blends 'sin city'.
Some of the standard blends were Christmas presents, but I bought myself a bag of the supercharger too. It was one of my favourite coffee pods when I used to use a coffee pod machine before moving over to espresso machines. The blend of robusta and arabica is excellent and produces an excellent body produces exceptional crème.
The in store blend came with a lovely handwritten message from Cristina letting me know my coffee order was freshly prepared in store and was a really nice touch to the experience. The coffee itself was a next level experience in terms of flavour and intensity... their description for flavour profile was spot on. They weren't kidding about 12/12 intensity, it had serious punch!
The overall customer experience was exceptional and you can tell they have a genuine passion for their craft.

Great tasting coffee
Great tasting coffee. I came across CafePod four years ago and have been using them ever since. I particularly like the "Daily Grind", and the "Intense Roast" (for special occasions). Subscription service works like a breeze. And customer service is excellent.

Fantastic coffee, stupendous customer serive
The coffee itself is fantastic, but the customer service is superb. The delivery company had smashed the box so a few of the pods were damaged, and they replaced the entire boxes, including a box of 36 when there were maybe only 6 damaged. I hadn't even asked for that, just wanted to give them a heads up and they insisted. Definitely worth going direct for their customer service and money off a regular subscription order.
A good variety of roasts to find your perfect cup, my personal favorites are the Intense Roast for an Americano and Smokey Joe for espressos and flat whites.
