Hice el pedido de cafe Top Pellini expresso ( cuya foto es la que aparece en la página web ) y me enviaron Pellini top original.
Ante mi queja me contestaron que Pellini había cambiado el envase....y se quedan tan tranquilos. Encima me llaman tonto. ¡ Nefasto !

Les prix sont intéressants, la mise en livraison est rapide.
Ce qui est dommage c'est que l'on ne peut pas choisir de livrer en point relais de son choix. DPD/Chronopost impose des bureaux postaux spécifiques (et pas celui de ma ville de résidence par exemple) avec des horaires de fermeture à 17h30 ou 18h30 le soir, et souvent ces bureaux sont fermés les samedis.
Ce n'est vraiment pas pratique.

J’ai passé une commande de 5 kilos de café en grains sur le site et 3 jours après j’ai été livré à domicile. Livraison dans les délais donnés. Reste à goûter le café

I strongly warn everyone against this company - after ordering and paying, they canceled the order after receiving all personal and bank details. I responded to a promotional offer which they later canceled. They are thieves and fraudsters. They are lucky that they are so far away, otherwise I would have dealt with them personally and manually🤜😡

Slowest shipping in Europe. 2 weeks from Holland to Portugal so far ( even tho the website pretends to be in Portugal it's in Holland) and still not recieved my order

Drei Sendungen Kaffee aus Äthiopien waren OK. Danach vier kg peruanischen Kaffee bestellt, davon 2 kg OK, 2 kg (per Foto domumentiert) musste ich entsorgen.Nach dem Rösten Krümelig, zersplittert, Müll. Antwort eines Mitarbeiters: wohl falsch geröstet. Meine Bitte um Ersatz und angebotene Rücksendung der schadhaften Ware wurde nicht mehr beantwortet. In höchstem Maß unseriös, ich habe meinen Kaffeelieferanten daraufhin umgehend gewechselt.

Goede ervaring met dit bedrijf, snelle levering, prijs kwaliteit verhouding voor de koffiebonen goed voor onze Jura koffiemachine.
Verschillende bonen gekocht en tot nu toe zeer tevreden qua smaak

Os pacotes de café moído não vem a vácuo, portanto o café moído que por si só já tem uma validade reduzida, já vem oxidado. Muito mau.

Attention aux abonnements : qui vous relivre automatiquement du café au bout de quelques semaines sans vous avoir consulté avant.
Mais service après vente très accessible et réactif.
Pas de problèmes pour arrêter la vente programmée, ni pour obtenir le remboursement.

I have placed an order on April 30, 2025 and coffee was delivered by DPD on May 6, 2025.
I am usually ordering by another online coffee retailer without issues so far but wanted to try some freshly roasted cofee and Cafe Du Jour has excellent choices.
I ordered the Single Origins - Fresh Coffee Beans - 7 x 250 grams so we can get the chance to try as many different origin coffee beans as possible - I am using a Sage Barista Express coffee machine and tried the Brazil one first so far - Very good coffee, roasting was done to perfection and coffee tastes really good with excellent after taste and doesnt upset my stomach even if I drink it first thing in the morning before eating! :)
An overall excellend experience so far - I cannot wait to try the rest of the coffee beans!!
I will be definitely ordering again and will replace my usual vendor with Cafe Du Jour, by the looks of it!! :)

Déçu de ma commande. Amateur de café italien je commande 2 kilos de café en grains que je consomme depuis des années. A la dégustation, quelle déception, rien à voir avec mon café habituel. Rance, aucune intensitivite, mauvais goût. Je signale à "Café du Jour", en réponse " nous ne pouvons reprendre les paquets car ils sont ouverts". Évidemment, comment peut-on juger de la conformité de la qualité sans ouvrir le paquet ? Question posée, ils ont pas la réponse. Pas sérieux, ils attirent les clients par des prix, obtenus en s'approvisionnant sur les stocks non écoulés. Site à fuir.

Stay away from ordering off these. Quick delivery in ireland it says I ordered 13 days ago and still nothing and they won't return my emails. There a joke STAY AWAY

I ordered few times from the store and i was satisfied with the beans delivered so far. Until I roasted their Nicaragua Arabica SHG. After roasting (unfortunately not before) i saw, that there are insects or larvae in ever 3rd to every 2nd bean at least. YES: definitely insects, squeezed into the crack on the flat side of the bean, all of them as long as the bean itself.
I'd say it's already been there when the coffee grew, no idea which kind of insect it would be.
Anyway, i sent a message to the shop informing them and also sending pictures, plus offering the beans for return, so they can analyze themselves. Instead of that, a dude named Lennart sent me several messages telling me more or less directly there are no insects. Kinda like 'it can't be as is shouldn't be'.
No regret, no attempt to rectify.
What a shame, their other coffee i bought was not bad. But i'll not come back to a store that treats clients like that.

Ordered coffee from this company which was never delivered - they are ignoring all emails of complaint and have not even acknowledged receipt of emails. Probable scam - beware

Very suspicious web site. I made order almost 4weeks ago: Coffee has been never delivered. Seller writes that DPD has lost packege and make me me wait as long as DPD will not take responsibility on the lost. Never again and better buy somewhere else.
