Received a beautiful personalized blanket from Caden Lane for our new baby girl, but the sender was unknown. I reached out to Caden Lane to find out if I could identify the sender. Caitlin was able to identify the family member that sent us the blanket so we could properly thank her.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, they sent me product covered in perfume and won’t replace it. Who sprays baby clothes with perfume? Don’t waste your money

Best customer service
I love shopping at Caden Lane. Not only are the clothes and accessories super cute, and make the best gifts, but their customer service is so great. They’re very prompt with getting back to you about any questions/concerns —which is really appreciated. I needed to change the shipping address on something I bought and because they were so prompt with getting back to me (the same day I purchased the item) we were able to successfully get the shipping address changed before it made it too far through processing!

Great experience for my first order
Great experience with my first order! We’re expecting our first baby girl in May, and I ordered a couple of sleepers. I accidentally chose the wrong size and reached out to customer service—they responded quickly and fixed it right away. Such amazing service! I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer for all of our baby girl clothing needs.
Best customer service! (No surprise!!)
I got the fastest response after placing an order and realizing I ordered the wrong type of pajamas (I ordered the two piece set instead on zippie) and immediately reached out to the customer service team stating this error on my part. I was not expecting to hear back quickly as I did (it was late at night) and the issue was rectified completely within hours, changing the two piece over to the zippie. I’ve always loved Caden lane for the quality of the products, but this was the first time having to reach out to the customer service team and it was truly amazing.
Outstanding customer service
The customer service has been outstanding! I can’t think of any other company who would respond to my email about making a change in order over the weekend. They were able to trouble shoot a problem when I hadn’t received an order number yet. I am so pleased with all their help and appreciate them looking into it over the weekend.

I love the quality of products and am so excited to be ordering more for my upcoming grandson! One of the items i recently ordered is back ordered and the updates have been so helpful. The opportunity to cancel the order or substitute a different item is great customer service and shows how much Caden Lane cares about their customers. This is exactly the type of customer service I have become accustomed to with this amazing company. They have never let me down!
Wonderful Customer Service
I am a repeat customer because my orders are always sent quickly and the recipient always loves the gift.
I placed an order on Friday but couldn’t see if the order was accepted as I had ordered it. Even with this gigantic storm we’re having this weekend, Caitlin got back to me and confirmed that my order was received correctly. I’m very happy that I don’t have to re-order, and always confident that Caden Lane gifts are ones that are so appreciated. Their customer service is wonderful and I will continue to order when I need a special gift. Thank you so much!
I ordered a onesie 2 weeks ago
I ordered a onesie 2 weeks ago. Today I emailed Caden lane as to why I had not received it yet as it’s a gift. I was told the item was back ordered , however, I was never notified of this in an email. Communication is spotty. I hope I get my item.
Great Customer Service
I ordered a personalized blanket and made a spelling mistake. I noticed it right away when the confirmation email came. I reached out right away. My email was answered quickly and they were able to fix my spelling mistake before the blanket was made. The blanket is soft and adorable... and the name is spelled correctly!
100% on customer service
My daughter received a beautiful baby shower gift in the mail from Caden Lane. There were 6 items nicely gift wrapped and 3 out of the 6 items were personalized. During the order process I think there was a mix up with names. I think our relative who purchased the gift may have put my daughter’s name (instead of the baby's name) on 3 of the items not realizing. When I reached out to Caden Lane to ask what could be done they went above and beyond to make the gift right for my daughter and soon to be grandson. At no cost to us they’re replacing the 3 gifts with the correct name. Thank you Caden Lane for your amazing customer service. We are forever customers!

I ordered personalized pacifier clips and received one engraved with a completely different child’s name. The order was delivered, it wasn’t lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, it was simply fulfilled incorrectly.
Instead of taking ownership of the mistake, customer support tried to push me to file a claim through ShipInsure, which doesn’t apply here because this is a production/fulfillment error, not a shipping issue.
As someone who works in e-commerce, I’m really disappointed by how this was handled. A simple replacement or refund should have been offered immediately.

Needed to change my personalized card to a rhyme,
thought for sure I’d run out of time.
Called customer service, but they didn’t say nope.
The continuous emails gave me lots of hope.

had my anxiety and uncertainties start to fade.

can’t even say how much I can recommend.

I love the pieces that came… but unfortunately the swaddle with his name shipped but never arrived (even 20 days post order) and missed his birth day at the hospital which was disappointing. They did send me a link to re-ship which was nice but I really wanted it for his delivery pictures :(

I had mom brain and accidentally ordered a swaddle blanket in the wrong color. I immediately contacted the support team through email and they were able to swoop in and make the change seamlessly. I’m so thankful that they were able to accommodate the change so quickly. I will be ordering again and again. :)
