After I placed my order, I received an email letting me know when my ordered was going to be packed. Then, when it had been shipped, I was notified again. I received my order very quickly, and all my cuttings were very healthy. There were instructions as to how to plant and care for my cuttings inside the package. My cuttings have been in the ground for almost three weeks now. None of them have died. They’re starting to show new growth. I’m excited to see what the next couple months will bring. I love the selection of plants I can't buy locally however I ordered two of each variety and it seemed like I received one decently happy plant of each variety and one sad smaller plant literally half the size! Also both of my blue glow agave had burnt leaves?? I'm hoping they will grow out of that but the new growth has some as well. After spending $35.00 in shipping I had better expectations. Just keeping it real! Wish me luck with the rehab process :)

Plants arrived in good condition. They are bare root plants and were carefully packaged. I planted them and they are thriving thus far.

Really impressed with the size and the quality. I'd go as far as to say the best mail order experience I've had and best bang for buck. My little agave garden is already looking amazing up here in Seattle. Will do another order soon!

Ordered 18 plants and all arrived in beautiful condition. We planted the cacti and everyone of them is doing well. Great prices compared to local nurseries and great service. We plan on purchasing again.

Plants arrive in great condition and very carefully packed. I received my order very promptly. 3rd time ordering from them and likely will again. Shipping to where I live is awfully expensive but for plants that I can't find locally then I'm willing to pay.
