Deposited money for welcome bonus, took my money for the bet however wouldnt provide the free bet as I couldnt show them an email of the offer. Even though that doesnt exist.

Deposited money, went to place a bet, wouldn't accept it. contacted customer support, they said I couldn't bet on sports but could spend my money at their casino. Charged to deposit and also a charge to withdraw. I have tried to withdraw my initial deposit but have a funny feeling they will make getting my money back almost impossible. I have been advised withdrawal will take 2 working days so will update again then. Recommend other sites

This app is rubbish. Greyhound racing I have discovered the names change before races and do not match up to the corresponding number. Therefore I put a bet on the Trap 2 dog which won, but my bet was switched to the Trap1 dog as that was the name next to the Trap 2? I don't understand how they can say the bet I put on lost? Endless chats all they say is it's 'escalated' then nothing happens. 6 times I have been escalated and nothing has happened.

Griffon casino still owe me cash pending from nov 22.
So I joined Beezeebet yesterday and put in a small deposit ,24 hrs later my account had been blocked because of the sister company "Griffon"
Both companies now owe me money

Offer some free bet promotions but make it impossable to put on your bet slip.
When you chat to an adviser they just tell you to clear your cookies and wait a day before trying again.Then they say it has to be escalated and you will receive an email,(which never comes)When asked how long this may take,I was told up to 30 days.
My opinion of them is that they are delibertly making it hard for you to take any money off of them and are lying to you and trying to blame your phone as the problem.
You are best keeping well clear of.
