Ease of ordering - good prices..great design.

The ability to try something on and also be able to return it makes ALL the difference to me

By Whitmore has a California office but the warehouse is in China. I ordered a dress in size 2X based on measurements in their clothing chart, changed my mind the next morning based on reviews I read after I hit send, but the company said too late, we are sending the dress. So I waited. The dress came, marked size 2X, but there is no way that dress would fit a person with those measurements—it is way too small, about an American size 12. And the company does not accept returns to its California address, only to its warehouse in China, at the buyer’s expense, which will be half the purchase price of the dress. What a ripoff. Buyer beware!

After multiple emails back and forth with their customer service division, the company finally refunded my money. I asked for a return label because I didn’t want or need a dress I couldn’t wear, but the company didn’t want the dress back. They offered a discount—what good is a discount on a dress that is unwearable?—a price break on a future order—did they honestly think I would order from them again?—and only after I filed a credit dispute, wrote an honest review of the company here, and reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau, did they offer a refund.
By the way, I had someone else try on the dress. She’s a size 8. It fit her. The dress was labeled 2X. But she didn’t keep the dress. It wasn’t pretty like the online photo. Again, buyer beware!

Ordering was very easy. Next day they say it’s shipped. Waiting for the dress to arrive. Have 3 weddings to attend within an 8 day timeframe. Hoping this dress works out

I got the item fairly quickly. At one point in the process, I had a question and the company got back to me in a timely manner.

This company will not let you return things. They are trying to make up return rules that aren’t listed in their website. They want to give me store credit or 10% back. I am disputing with my credit card company. Do not buy from this website in China

Awful product quality and the dress I received was nothing like the images on the website. The colors and construction were obviously different. The shoes are as flimsy and structureless as slippers. Customer service techniques are terrible and making a return is an incredibly aggravating process. Items have to be returned to CHINA at customer cost. For me it was $55. Learn from my mistake and save your money!

Packaging was neat and nothing came damaged, which I appreciated. The whole ordering process felt smooth, no stress or anything.

I had a similar experience with this outfit as described in the other negative reviews. I bought a dress from them that looks nothing like the picture online. It’s made from heavy polyester, cheap material. It is also too small for my bust, definitely can’t wear it and don’t like it. When I contacted them to return it, they kept making me offers to refund 10-20% or give me a 75% store credit if I keep it. When I insisted on returning the dress, they gave me a return address in China and I’m responsible for paying the shipping cost when I return the item to China.

Since they have an US address and a warehouse address on the website, I feel that I should be able to return it in the US. I wasn’t buying anything directly from China or told upfront that the returns have to be shipped to China at my cost. What a scam! Stay away. It’s easy for a business to post some good reviews, your employees, family and friends can do it, but read the bad reviews, they are most likely real. I never do reviews, only if I feel scammed. I’m going to dispute this transaction with Visa and see if I can get my refund that way.

Gives you the runaround to return an item. Extremely low quality item and lack of quality check. They sent me the wrong size. I've emailed back and forth with their customer service department for days now. Don't waste your money or time.

False adveetising. Clothes dont look anything like pictures. Very low quality mateeial. Paper thin and no refunds other than 10 or 20 %. It is definitely a scam!

The outfit I ordered felt simple but in a good way. one of those things that looks put together without effort.

Buyer beware. The stuff is essentially from SHEIN very poor quality. Their return policy is very weak they will only offer you a percentage of store credit and request more money to cover shipping. Buy directly from SHEIN

This company uses false advertisement for their items. And then tries to delay responding and offer lame excuses and options to keep from refunding money to customer. I ordered two dresses for my 50th BDAY. I received the dresses 13days after ordering. I opened the packages and they looked nothing like what I ordered. The variations and quality of the items are horrible. Now the company (Beverly) are trying to offer me 10-20% of my refund and make me pay for return shipping! If it were my fault, I would understand. Yet, it is clearly their fault and responsibility. I just wanted them to send a shipping label and refund me my money. I would never recommend and/or order from them again!
