Delivery said 1-3 days when ordering. once the order was placed delivery then went up to 10 days. It’s now been 7 days and haven't even had any tracking details. No reply to emails. Very poor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Really happy with this suitcase honestly. Looks amazing, feels premium and definitely worth the price.
But the main reason im giving 5 stars is the customer service. I ordered the 24inch and it just wasnt the right size for me so I reached out and they made it super easy to swap it for the 29inch. thats rare these days so big props for that
I own an older rimowa so I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but I have to say this trolley rolls just as smoothly. Super impressed with the quality for what you pay. Feels premium without the ridiculous price tag. Very pleased.
Just got back from a long weekend in Milan and a stopover in Geneva, first proper trip with my Portus suitcase and it held up exactly as I'd hoped.
The build quality speaks for itself. Solid aluminium finish, nothing rattles, nothing feels cheap.
You can tell the difference the moment you pick it up.
Glides through airports without any effort. I've had other cases where the wheels give out after a few months, this is a completely different level.
It's the kind of luggage that just looks right. Understated, sharp, no logo plastered all over it. Exactly the way I like it.
I recently purchased a suitcase from Portus and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall quality. The design looks very premium and feels comparable to much more expensive brands. The aluminum finish is solid, durable, and gives a real luxury feel.
What stood out to me the most is how smooth the wheels are and how sturdy the handle feels, it makes traveling a lot more comfortable. The suitcase also gets a lot of compliments, which says a lot about the design.
Delivery was fast and the product arrived well packaged with no issues.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Portus if you’re looking for a high-end suitcase without paying luxury brand prices. Great value for money.
