Your order was placed on 28 March and dispatched on 30 March via standard international shipping. As stated in our policy, delivery to Europe and other international destinations takes 7–14 days, so it is still within the expected timeframe. As you did not select the taxes and duties included option for your shipping, it is stated in our policy that additional fees, duty and custom taxes in the country of destination are your responsibility.
While courier timings are outside of our control, we fulfilled your order promptly in line with our policy. For this reason, we do feel a 1-star review is discouraging.

Fantastic company to deal with
I purchased the Dunaway bracelet online, it’s beautiful but was a bit snug, I contacted By Alona to ask them to extend it. They kindly extended the bracelet free of charge as the increase was within their extension margins. The customer service has been first class, the responses were within 24 hours of contact, the whole experience has been fantastic and I would highly recommend this small exclusive company.

Smoot and easy e-commerce experience
The entire process, from placing the order to receiving the product, is very smooth and straightforward. The only downside is that the shipping, duties, and taxes are quite expensive. Overall, however, the experience has been very positive.
