I placed an sizable order on the 27th December 2024. From what I saw upon ordering, there was no clear indication on the website about shipping or dispatching delays due to it being the "festive period". I sent a polite well-structured and primarily formal email to their Customer Service 9 days later after ordering due to no updates.
The employee who replied was Mildly sarcastic, with their email involving spelling & grammar mistakes along with multiple exclamation marks!!!!!
Email cited health complications as the cause of lack of communication and failure to dispatch orders. They also cited it had been weekends and bank holidays as well, which contradicts the prior explanation.
They stated would be shipped week commencing 6th January 2025. It was by the 14th January 2025 in which i filed a chargeback request with my bank.
Miraculously I received an email from DPD claiming they had received my parcel from Bwownies and it was delivered 2 days later. Products were fine.
No further communication from Owner.
Having looked at other reviews I hope this was just a tremendously unfortunate but one-off error. I hope past & future customers have better luck.
I wish the owner good health & good luck but I needed to warn others of this.

Your taste buds have been off before trying these brownies. Maaaate.... these brownies must have been made by unicorns and fairy's because they're truly magical! Thought I'd have a little nibble before the husband got home - and ate 3. My body said no but my heart said - oh go on then. Be warned... they'll fill you with such joy and happiness you'll end up buying the biggest box next and not regret a thing - if anything I'm thinking 1 isn't enough. Truly impeccable! Amazing job Keelan!

I bought my first batch just before Xmas and they were delicious and you really could taste the flavours I’m not a fan of peanut but the rese one was yummy I even shared some with my neighbours ( brownie points) I will definitely be putting in another order

I ordered the Chocolate Orange and the Salty Bwownies! OMG they are absolutely fabulous! The taste is so rich but not overly sweet! I have just ordered more for my birthday treat!
I would totally recommend, you won’t buy anything like this on the high street!

These bwownies are produced locally by a young man who went to school in Ipswich. He started the business at a very young age and I really hope it continues to thrive as they are truly delicious. I have sent as Christmas gifts as well as buying for myself. You won’t find any better anywhere. Delivery is prompt and product is beautifully packaged.

Unbelievably Tasty! These are the best brownies I have ever tasted! I've been buying BWoWnies for quite a while and sharing with friends. Unless you've tried them, you wont appreciate just how full of chocolate flavour they are, and the smell.....OMG as you open the packaging you are enveloped by the scent of delicious chocolatey goodness! Buy & enjoy!

Well where do I start!!! THESE are hands down the best Brownies I have tasted and I am a (self-proclaimed) brownie connoisseur ☺️ they literally melt in your mouth and when coupled with a good vanilla bean ice-cream - absolute heaven I tell ya! I would recommend BWOWNIES to anyone thinking of trying them. Go on, take the plunge.. You will NOT be dissatisfied!!!

My fave so far are obvs the OG (triple chocolate), chocolate orange and reeces pieces ones.

P.S. I had a snacksident... purchased 2x boxes of offcuts, safe to say only one box made it to the freezer 😅 had to prolong that brownie heaven a little longer!

These are the best brownies ever. I've tried so many brownies from different supermarkets and other independent cake stalls, and these are by far and away, the best tasting brownies you'll ever try. The flavours are always top notch and they're so fudgy! Always happy to support local businesses and Keelan is an awesome guy!

These Bwownies are too good not to try n buy. You’ll never look at other brownie in the same way after your first bite! And they are even more amazing slightly warmed with custard over the top! 🤤

Honestly, can anyone else make better brownies (sorry, bwownies) than Keelan??? I highly doubt so! Got my box today, meant to wait till the weekend. But I didn't. And I'm really happy with my decision. How amazing are they?!?! You can tell that love and passion is the main ingredient.

Bwownies are simply the yummiest, fudgiest and most delicious brownies out there. On top of that, their customer service is top notch. An error I made with an order once was rectified their end and all done in a friendly and polite way. I love them.
