The whole website crashed on the big money xl game on January 21st I then lost the money I paid for the tickets to not see the game run and then get told the game ran just as normal even though no one could see it which I think is ridiculous and all money should be refunded

Firstly, I want to sincerely apologise for any technical issue you may have experienced with the £100K Live Bingo Game.
I completely understand that part of the enjoyment comes from watching the game unfold, and I am truly sorry if this was not possible on this occasion.
I’d like to assure you that, as with all our bingo games, any pre-purchased tickets were still active and played out in the game, even if you were unable to see the gameplay in real time. Any winnings from any tickets would have been credited as usual.
You can review the details of any tickets and outcomes by navigating to the Bingo Lobby and selecting the “Gameplay History” page.

I haven't been to bingo for such a long…
I haven't been to bingo for such a long time, and I had completely forgotten all my log in details, the staff were very helpful and polite and soon had me up and running. I would like to say that in my point of view the food menu needs to be updated, most of the food on there is don't really eat as i am a diabetic, and I wasn't happy that there was no Pepsi at the time either, but overall it was good

Terrible experience at Buzz Clacton
Went to Buzz club Clacton on sea yesterday (Monday) Terrible experience, three women constantly talking loudly whilst the 12 o'clock games were being played. Despite people telling them to shut up and also the caller telling them to be quiet and go outside to talk they ignored everyone. It made playing the games a misery. There is also the big money 2pm game. Why does Andy need to shout out so loudly, he doesn't talk, just shouts, ends up giving people a headache

Been to wadsley bridge tonight. Had some minor issues(my fault) but got some help and advice from a lovely little lass called Ide. She sorted me out so I didn’t miss the game. Really impressed with how patient she was.

I have had to change my bingo club from…
I have had to change my bingo club from Wallsend which has been closed to Newcastle
This is more than 3 times the journey to get to and then back home
I am still trying to get to know the new staff and and layout of the club as well as the books
So far I have not been impressed by anything as there does not seem to be the same atmosphere due to being new to the club b it I am sure I will get used to it

I played gogo bingo for the 1st time
I played gogo bingo for the 1st time. I asked the number caller what to do. I won. But the caller said I was using the wrong board. He didn't tell me which board to use. It doesn't say about this on the cards on the tables.
Also, the woman doing the drinks, didn't know if the coffee was decaf or not.
After complaing to the manager Paul, we came to an agreement. He has given me credit, for my next visit.

Forget Buzz kill. Join a small independent bingo group instead.
I am You know. Update: I tried again to join Buzz and again I was insulted and shown up for not having photo ID. I now travel to Manchester and surrounding area every week to the smaller , less known independent clubs where I am treated as a person not a verbal punchbag for some misery who had a row before he left for work. I recommend Cosmo bingo in Salford , so friendly and welcoming. To Buzz kill , I have no idea what ' reach out' means because I don't speak the language of the brainless.

Had a very positive fun evening with linda as our host who runs around makes sure everyone is happy and maintaines the same positive attitude throughout the evening whether it be good or bad .... she is always running aroung like crazy and deserves the reconginition.
