It just takes one member of staff in the irvine club to leave a nasty taste in your mouth. Unhelpful beyond belief. Such a lack of customer service!

Best Bingo Hall in the Shire
The staff are always welcoming and chatty. I am 90 on my birthday and it is the only night out I get thankfully something I really enjoy and I have immaculate degeneration so the big screens are really helpful although we do need to be there really early to get one

Hi Janet,
I hope you’re well.
I am delighted to hear of your amazing comments regarding our Irvine club. We would want every one of our players to leave our clubs feeling they have had a great time.
Due to their rising popularity the majority of our sessions do include Electronic Bingo inline with current market trends, I do appreciate touchpads are a very popular option. Please feel free to have a chat with our club staff team to see if they have any options for you to make sure a touchpad is available on future visits.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we welcome all feedback to provide the best experience possible for our players.
Kind Regards,
Tia
