Numbers are called a ridiculously fast speed.i missed loads numbers I didn't even have time to marke em off.for all I know I could of won a lot very badly organised.my first and last time there ridiculous the speed numbers are called.also not told to get there early to register.just sat down and numbers fired at u.total rip off don't use em.thety do it deliberately knowing u won't be able to keep absolutely disgusted would put a zero star if there was one don't use em my advice

I've always found it to be very…
I've always found it to be very pleasant, the evenings I've had at Buzz Bingo Metro Centre. Ofcourse I have been in the best company of a couple of friends I used to work with. I find the food nice and affordable and serving staff to be happy at what they do. I dont like the smell in the main toilets it makes me cockle. I do think it's either drains or cleaning fluid but they defo need some diffusers or such like. I did have a problem with the coin machine at the table we were playing on, when the staff member came over to assist, he couldn't have helped more. Ive always enjoyed my time there and staff are lovely, no complaints from me. I go buzzing, and leave buzzing.

Still no change
It appears that very little has changed since my previous review of Buzz Bingo Feltham, and I was extremely disappointed by my experience when I visited the club on the evening of Wednesday, 16 September.
Before my visit, I received a text message from Buzz Bingo stating:
“For you and a mate: £10 off a paper Main Event or a Large+ touchscreen package! Show at the 1pm or 7pm Main Event on Wed 16th September at Buzz Bingo Feltham.”
The Buzz Bingo website stated that the Paper Main Event ticket was priced at £10. Furthermore, the price chart displayed in the club behind the cash desk clearly showed that the Small Paper Main Event Book was £10 and that this price included Big Money Live.
However, when I presented the promotional text message and asked for the Small Paper Main Event Book, I was told that I would have to pay an additional £1 for Big Money Live.
This raises a very simple question: how can a £10 voucher effectively be worth only £9 when presented at the cash desk? The promotional message I received did not state that an additional £1 would have to be paid for Big Money Live. I pointed this out to the cashier, particularly as Buzz Bingo promotional messages sometimes explicitly state when an additional payment is required. Nevertheless, I was told that the cashier was simply following the instructions he had been given.
Eventually, the Big Money Live sheet was removed from my book and I was given the book without it. As a result, I was deprived of the opportunity to play Big Money Live, despite the promotional message, the advertised £10 ticket price, and the price information displayed within the club all indicating that it was included.
I find this situation extremely disappointing. The customer should not be left to resolve inconsistencies between Buzz Bingo's promotional messages, website, club pricing information and instructions given to staff.
I sincerely hope that the management at Head Office will review what happened, clarify the terms of these promotions, and ensure that the information provided to customers, the clubs and their staff is consistent. Customers should be able to rely on the offers they receive and the prices displayed in the club without encountering conflicting information at the cash desk.
I hope Buzz Bingo will take this matter seriously and put the necessary measures in place to ensure that an incident like this does not happen again.
The response submitted below by Tia is a very irresponsible response as it very clearly is a copy from an earlier response and does not cover the issue raised in this review. Maybe I should bring the matter to the attention of the Gambling Commission or Trading Standards.

BE WARNED the online bingo and slot welcome offer is a CON they will bury the terms and conditions so you miss it You deposit a tenner and get 30 pounds free, wrong .. you then have to spend 110.00 to get your winnings yes its buried terms not visible and transparent when you look at the offer. The governing body has no teeth to stop this game thats gone on forever. The company is based abroad... dont be fooled save your cash... also you will find the bonus pot you have and of cash pot alters by itself you have no control and i mean even when you havent played the total drops BE WARNED YOU HAVE NO PROTECTION the response from Buzz bingo fails to address why the crucial terms are so hidden and why are you discussing irrelevant waffle about not guaranteeing a win nothing to do with my post

There is no guarantee that if you put in a certain amount of money, you will get a certain amount back. It is always nice to have a win, but this is never guaranteed. Gambling should be enjoyable and not a way to gain money or make a profit, therefore you must be willing to lose what you stake.

Shocking all round!
Do not waste your money here, slow site, terrible layout with bonuses hidden away for no reason making it difficult to navigate the site, and the customer service out of 3 chats I only had one friendly member of staff the other 2 were cheeky idiots.

Buzz Wolverhampton. I like the newish part where you can talk during the bingo. These vultures should be banned or told to move on,……… reply to buzz. I’m not talking about the random number generator, Im talking about people that hover around the machines like vultures watching how much money people put in . They are a nuisance and off putting.

Recently won a holiday to Benidorm at Buzz bingo in Cricklewood London. The group travel was organised by Red Blaze. The whole group had a wonderful time and this review is to thank Buzz bingo and Red Blaze for giving me a wonderful experience. We were exceptionally well looked after. Special thanks to Amos, Gaby, Tash, Richard and George for the way we were treated everything was *****. A big job for them all looking after both the Cricklewood and Northampton winners, we were a big group.
Hope we all do it again sometime in the future.

Food Menu
I don’t like the food menu at buzz bingo, why remove the hot puddings and bring cold puddings? This has been going on over a year now and the food menu still not changed? May I know reason why you still keep the food menu the same please? I hate Ice cream!
