I had to book on same day to fly from
Toronto to Edmonton , and return on next day. Jill Wilson called me to assist with my booking for return flight with Porter Airlines. I was driving to Toronto but Jill helped me for the whole process and payment acceptance while I took a quick break at service station and validated the code. She went over and above providing an excellent service.

When we made a mistake with our booking we phoned and had excellent service from Jill. She fixed the mistake, found the cheapest option and phoned us back a couple of times to make sure that we had all our information. She was polite, helpful and friendly.

The agent, Rio, managed my booking and provided excellent service and communicated with me by telephone and email.

After receiving initial email confirmation of my booking, several hours later I received another email (in junk folder) saying it was not confirmed and price had increased. Several replies to this (as requested) went unanswered. After a few attempts I got an agent over the phone who told me to just wait for a reply to the email. The next day, still no reply. Ultimately, I did get through to another agent and got my booking confirmed but it was not a simple transaction and it took longer than it should have.

Hennry was able to provide me with a detailed itinerary and a great flight schedule. I had initially bought the tickets but there was some issues so he gave me a new itinerary. He also made sure to call me to see if I received the information and helped me with questions I was concerned about the flight.

I had a positive experience booking my round trip ticket to the Philippines. I inadvertently used an old credit card which caused a delay and headaches for myself. Jill Wilson helped me through the process and I would propose marriage if she wasn't so far away. I recommend reading as many reviews as possible when booking online.

They save me in the last minute, the service was great (Vivek did it). I was denied boarding for a flight that has transit in the US, I called buymytrip and work with them for over an hour to get a replace ticket in the last minute so that I could caught up with the things I need to do in VN.
