Your LLC order had already entered processing, so under our refund policy, the LLC registration service was not eligible for cancellation at that stage. The $94 registered-agent fee was a separate third-party charge, and we agreed to refund that amount to you once the third-party provider returned the funds to us.

As clearly stated in email to you on September 5, 2026, the third-party refund was expected to take 10–12 business days. Your review was posted only 6 days after that email, while the stated processing timeframe was still ongoing.

We are actively monitoring the refund and will process the $94 refund to you as soon as the funds are received from the third-party provider.

We value our customers and remain available to assist you throughout the process. Thank You

Great LLC Formation Service!

I recently used Buykii to form my LLC, and overall i have been very satisfied with the service and support provided throughout the process.

As a first-time business owner with no prior experience in forming a U.S. LLC, i naturally had questions, concerns and uncertainties along the way. The Buykii team was consistently responsive, supportive and helpful.

The LLC registration was completed successfully and they always responded to my questions promptly and provided me with clear explanations (whenever i needed clarifications).

Overall, my experience with Buykii has been positive and i would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to form a U.S. LLC and receive ongoing support throughout the process.

Thank you to the entire Buykii team for your assistance and professionalism.
