Bought knee pads in November for £69, no label , cheap made in China quality not staying up , absolutely cheap tacky rubbish never again going to ask my CC company for a refund

Bought a pair of these knee supports for £69 they are wrong size, wanted for work but they fall down on my legs as they are too big. Contacted the company via email and got response of "why did i want to return them" But since I emailed that they are too big there was no response. Looks like a scam

They promise a 60 day refund but their support repa seem to take a long time to respond and then merely give ‘ vague’ answers.
Still awaiting a proper response for my refund after 15 days

Admittedly - it was my fault getting sucked in to buy "Flavorwine" wine stoppers on basis of a glowing description despite at an outrageous price - only to find that despite selling them to me in Australia and charging me in Aussie dollars - they do not fit and seal Aussie wine bottles. They have declined my request for money back. Stay away from BuyerOnSpot deals.

I ordered the knee braces, one size fits all I think not!
I have contacted buyeronspot, I had a response asking why I wanted to return them and since I replied that they don’t fit properly I have had no response.

Do not order from this company. Buyer Beware!

I bought sun glasses. They said they were strong glasses but broke while putting them on. I wrote an email to them with no response at all

The lenses themselves are a little brighter than I wanted, but both the polarization and dimming work very well for driving. I had a shipping damage and replacement glasses were sent immediately!

The elite knee support was too loose and rolled down after trying it on two minutes.
No invoice nor return details.
Returned it to address on box in Leicester 20/11/ 23.
No reply nor refund yet. £69 outstanding. Have reported to trading Standards. Suggest you do the same. Plus ,as American company based in Dover USA emailed Customer Protection agency USA.
Sent email support on '3 review blog.com. " awaiting a reply. Otherwise will contact credit card for cancellation of payment.

Update 19/2/24. No reply nor refund from" buyer on spot" so registered dispute with Sainsbury's credit card who promptly made full £69 refund after id completed necassary form.

I purchased military grade polarized sunglasses. they are just cheap crap not polarized.

Knee brace one size fits all, WRONG! Knee brace continuously slides down the knee. Emailed company and they said maybe a size M would fit, reminded them it was supposed to be one size fits all. Since then no response. Obviously I can’t recommend this company.
**Since posting this review the company sent me a replacement size S, I’ve worn it every day for a week and it works perfectly, no sliding down the knee so I am now very happy to recommend this product.

I bought two knee supports - size is wrong. I bought them because of the 100% Guarantee.. well it is been 6 weeks since I asked for a refund and no response! DO NOT BUY from this company!

I thought this would help my knee far to big I purchased 2 both are supposed to be the same size but one is biger than the other a total waste of £69.

I bought a Power knee elite knee support for my painful knee as Buyer on spot had said that the knee support is a perfect fit to support a painful knee. The support arrived and I fitted it onto my knee. After wearing the support for 2 days I had to decide to stop wearing the support as it would fold over at the top of my leg and then the fold over would be painful in continuing to wear. I was very disappointed as the article had said how supportive this product was to wear! Should you suffer painful joints.

I asked for a refund as the product didn't fit as they do not have any adjustments on them. Company have ignored several e-mails and I am still waiting a full refund for over three weeks - do not buy from this company - after sales support non existant.
