Ordered a star, hasn’t arrived when I emailed a really crappy response and told me I had to wait till the 20th of December which is nearly 4 weeks !!

Cannot fault them to be fair. I'm one of THOSE customers, if there's even a slight fault (whether service or product) I will find it and I WILL complain.
No need for that today, I ordered the star and was expecting it to take 6 or 7 days, it arrived in 2. The recipient was so happy that they asked to replicate it. I went back to buy a star with my query of could I be sent duplicates. I was answered within 48hrs, my original email was sent late evening Friday. I was offered 3 options to suit all budgets and will now be placing a further order.
Tina answered my emails, I found them to be polite, professional and extremely helpful.

DO NOT PURCHASE. The quality of this product is poor, it is essentially 2 or 3 generic leaflets and a very tacky certificate with little effort put into it. I contacted the company to ask for a refund and the staff were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I would avoid at all costs, some of the other firms offering a similar service would be much better value for money

I paid for guaranteed 1pm delivery. I was sent a tracking number for Royal Mail however for 4 days Royal Mail were not given the parcel and I heard nothing from this company.

After seeing so many reviews calling this company a scam I called my bank to make them aware. It was only when I emailed the company making them aware of this that the product magically appeared to reach Royal Mail.

In the mean time I had ordered from another company with outstanding customer service and the paid for the same delivery service and their product arrived the very next day so there is no issue with Royal Mail.

I am now receiving very insincere emails from the company.

Save yourself a headache and avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would !!! Ordered on 6th February 2022 for a birthday present in memory of a friends father who passed away , it’s now March 9th and still no certificate. Contacted on Feb 19th to be told “ apologies we will send one our next day delivery” NOTHING! Contacted again on March 1st to be told “ you have gave the wrong address and it was posted to number 14 instead of number 4” so I pop along to number 14 who confirm nothing has been sent to them. I relay this back to buy a star who basically accuse me of lying . At this point I ask for a full refund as the item I paid for has not been delivered to be told “ we don’t do refunds , and if you send us your original order confirmation email confirming your address then we will re send your certificate” again I asked for a refund purely because the birthday this was for has long gone and I get told “ unfortunately we don’t issue refunds” Never have I heard such rubbish re refund policies , customer service is shocking , only use this company if you like to waste money and be let down ! DO NOT BUY there are plenty of other star companies around !!

Failed to deliver parcel on the date I paid extra specifically for and refused to refund me the money that I wasted on the fast delivery. No way to contact them, no phone number at all.

You must avoid this company at all costs. Not UK based company as advertised, based in Germany. They refused to refund me my money when I was asked for a very high import tax demand. Lucky for me purchased through PayPal, after lodging a dispute I was refunded. Please don't waste your time and money with this company.

No way to make contact with this so called company. Website states live chat... Non existent. Email address supplied is bogus. Mail is undeliverable. STEER CLEAR OF THESE CHARLATANS.

Amazing fast delivery and beautiful pack my parents love it highly recommended company

Scam, company doesn’t follow its own T&Cs.
Placed my order and immediately realised there was an error, emailed them within 60 seconds (time stamped emails to prove this) as site states you must contact with 15 mins when there is an error, 18 hours later they tell me I should’ve contacted them within 15 mins and my order has already gone out, and ignored when I provided evidence of contacting them . They then tried to quote consumer law (which you should never do if your not the most knowledgeable person about it in the conversation,), refused to correct the error (offered a pdf), refused to refund (tried to quote personalised product statute, without the knowledge that once the company’s own T&Cs have been fully complied with, then full responsibility and cost is on them), stay away, I will be initiating a charge back through my bank once the required 15 days post purchase has passed.

Updated 13/10, company is now getting abusive in emails

I purchased around 3 weeks ago, it says 2-3 days postage and nothing abs arrived. Tried to contact them and no reply.

False advertising at its finest. You can’t officially name a star unless done through the International Astronomical Union (IAU.org)

“As an international scientific organization, the IAU dissociates itself entirely from the commercial practice of "selling" fictitious star names, surface feature names, or real estate on other planets or moons in the Solar System. Accordingly, the IAU maintains no list of the (several competing) enterprises in these businesses in individual countries of the world”.

Additionally the reviews placed on here don’t seem to be legit either! This warning comes up when following the trust pilot reviews from their website.

Purchased this product for someone who lost their daughter prior to knowing the above. Can’t hand this piece of crap (whenever it arrives) to those poor bereft parents now knowing it is not REAL/LEGITIMATE. What this company are doing is highly unethical.

I am well aware that you can't actually buy or name a star, but the closest thing to it happens here. It is for hopeless romantics ... those who believe in symbols and eternal love. The whole buying experience was made flawless by Dean who did everything he could for me, corrected my mistakes, REIMBURSEMENT included and just guided me along. If I could, I would give him 10 stars. Thank you, we will treasure our 20th anniversary binary star forever and beyond.

I recently purchased this as a gift for my dad for fathers day. He has recently bought a telescope and is obsessed with it, so the thought of him being able to hunt down his own star is such a lovely idea!
Although the initial order did not arrive as planned, Dean and the customer care team were fantastic in understanding the issue and fixing it in great time.

I am very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service. There was a spelling mistake on the certificate but my emails were answered quickly and a replacement certificate was sent the next day. Full marks.

I paid for the most expensive star, binary, after receiving the "certificate" checked it out turned out to be the cheapest star, after getting in touch with them, what they said, it's all done by computer system, so it's not personalised at all, after a few emails of requesting refund for the poor service, I've been ignored since.
Costumer service is appalling.

I bought a star for my best friends 60th birthday and within a few days it arrived which I was so happy with the and the company kept in contact through email to say when they got my order in my mind I thought it take at least a week to arrive but to my surprise within a few days plus I had a discount with my first order very prompt service.

Ordered this for the Valentine's Day and came next day - I am really happy with the service,didn't even need to contact customer support even once.Will definitely buy from them again.

Really chuffed - came within 24 hours which I was super impressed by and the quality of the pack is amazing. My mum is going to love this.

I brought a star for my wife in memory of her mum who sadly died this year. She was over the moon with it and I wanted to get two extra certificates for my two sister in laws. A quick email in to asked if this was possible and dean was fantastic emailed me straight back sent me a payment link and got them dispatched the same day. Much appreciated and hopefully it will put a smile on my sister in law face as much as it did my wife’s
