Very unprofessional and irresponsible handling of a delivery issue.
My order was shipped via FedEx. FedEx later confirmed that the parcel was left at the front door of my flat, which is a public-access area, without a signature and without any photo proof of delivery. They also admitted the delivery photo is unavailable due to “technical issues.”
On the day of delivery, FedEx sent me an estimated delivery window of 08:50–12:50, so I was not at home later in the day. Despite this, the tracking shows the parcel was marked as delivered at 18:06. I was therefore not present when they claim the parcel was left unattended in a public area.
Despite these facts, the seller refused to issue a refund or send a replacement and repeatedly stated that the matter was only between me and FedEx. Communication was slow, and responsibility was avoided rather than resolved.
As a customer, my contract is with the seller, not the courier. Leaving a parcel unattended in a public-access area without proof of delivery is not acceptable, and the seller’s refusal to take responsibility shows a lack of professionalism and customer care.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this seller
