1 year keeps going to citizens advice and every where no body can’t do any thing for me could please don’t open contract they are stealing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

these idiots sent me an email with fake invoice for norton security which and when i called the number to cancel they tried to guide me to the website. the moment that happened i realized it was a scam and they were trying to steal my banking info. needless to say i waisted their time for a while before telling them off for being scum sucking scammers. anyways dont use this site stay far far away

BMD is the Scammer since 2019…
Owing cash back to 4000+ O2 customers.
Do not buy any mobile contract with BMD, O2, Anglia telecom, Giacom or any O2 partners…..🙏🙏🙏

This company really is scum . They robbed me out of over £1600 over a 3 year period. If you valur your money and your sanity stay well clear . Read the terms and conditions. You would never agree to it . You've been warned.

This company is TOTALLY SCAM! I PAID £180 AND NO DOCUMENTS WAS SENT. THEY KEEPS SAYING TIMELINE WHATEVER BUT AFTER TIMELINE HAS PASSED STILL SAYING SO MANY REASONS AND TOTALLY NO DOCUMENTS. THIS TYPE OF COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! THEY WILL ONLY GET YOUR MONEY. THAT'S THEIR JOB! GET YOUR MONEY FOR FALSE BUSINESS BECAUSE YEAH THAT'S EASY MONEY FOR THEM!!!! SCAMMMMMMEERRRR!!!! OH I PAID THEM MARCH 11TH AND TILL NO MAY 2ND NO DOCUMENTS WAS SENT!!!

I have a O2 network from BMD they charge me £56 a month but they have to re paying £36. But I haven’t received my charge back payment for last 9 months.

This company is dishonest. I ordered a certified copy and a PDF . The charges came to £94.00. I gave my credit card details and they took an unauthorised extra payment for £ 70.00 for international shipping . They provided no tracking number . After many emails to them and much stress I received an uncertified crumpled photocopy sent by Royal Mail . The postage cost was £7.20 .

Really dodgy company don’t trust this guys they rob me over three years they give me a different price and then they take money so expensive and I can’t get out of contract now I try to contact them even nobody know what they are I don’t recommend them at all. Please be careful with disguise they come in by name O2, but they are not o2 company.

Unfortunately I have taken 3 years contract on £17,92 a month with unlimited Internet, unlimited calls and texts.
Which I ended up paying £82 per month to O2 ! As previous customers reviews O2 only has one interest which they want money and they don't care about customers at all.
My question is where is our British government! Why NO ONE TAKES ACTION AGAINST THIS KIND OF CRIME.

This is the worse company to approach. Took a contract with them for over 2 year. They are a scam. Can't wait to end my contract with them next month. The app to report issues never worked and no one ever gets back to you. Absolutely horrible company.

Hi this O2 is the one most rubbish network company in London. They are so uneducated stuff plus no respect plus they don’t care about customer is all about O2 when you go to O2 complain about mobile business deal. They said this is the party we cannot do nothing and they are so rubbish, the money going to all O2, so they take the customer money and they don’t care about them. They steal the money they get extra money from us like I pay over £63 every month for only 70 GB so I can I cannot get my money back

I nearly got run over by a BMD ute while crossing at a zebra crossing. Looks like the staff don’t care much about the organisation’s reputation, driving laws or people.

I have taken out contract contacted them many times, trying get my rebates back been over three months no reply, can any help stuck with well over priced contract

Bad Service and too many hidden loop holes by which we cannot come out of this trap, there is no exit way if we want to exit either pay your full contract amount that is 18 months or continue with them in new bundle plan. Worst I want to exit after 18 months contract because I was tired of weak service but there was no exit plan. Only if we want to exit we have to pay another 18 months amount and that also not with their small amount bundle plan that was £14 but if I need to exit their monthly charge was £50 and I have to pay either 18 months more or on that time full amount counted as £50 a month. Worst thing I have ever gone through this waa my last month and I am free now.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with BDM to cancel a contract? Their app isn’t working and my 36 months is about to finish. I have no intention of staying with them after paying extortionate amount for the past 18 months to get out of this contract. I can’t seem to find any contact details or website for this company. Apparently they are now called Anglia telecom but no contact details info for that too. Please help!

"They are the worst company I have ever heard of for scamming people and trapping them in long contracts. When they sold me the contract offer over the phone, it was only £15.35 a month, and they didn't mention any rebates. I only found out about the rebates when they took the first payment. I emailed them to ask why they took that much money from my account, and they claimed it was what we agreed on, which wasn't the case. When I asked to cancel my contract, they told me there was no cooling-off period. I had only two options: either cancel the contract and pay the full amount for 36 months or stay with them until the end. They raised the contract price from £54 to £63 pounds. Now they've changed their name to Anglia Telecom Centers Ltd, but it seems they are the same people running scams for O2. So, it appears that O2 is involved in these scams as well. Stay away from them."

Be careful scam company Business Mobile Deals and O2 UK for three years contract and no rebate start with 6£ monthly contract without VAT and arrived for the last third contract around 80£ monthly for the inflation and RPI fault!!
