I have only a view weeks with this company, so far they have been doing very well. Responding to emails is within mins if not seconds, customer service is great, my rep is very approachable and patient very helpful.

Barry the salesman is always great. From time to time there have been issues when we have been told that one of our clients could be factored so we went ahead with big projects, but then when Riviera really did their research they discovered that they couldn't factor as much. This has caused us some stress. We have usually been able to work through it to our satisfaction and Barry is always willing to get right on the problem and fix it.

Riviera Finance is a great company that goes over and beyond to make the deal happen. I feel confident that they will ensure that we receive our financing. However, the tone in which they speak to customers and clients leaves a sour taste and had to be discussed on more than one occasion.

Juliet knows her business. She is patient and stays in contact with you. Well done!

I would recommend PrimeArc Capital because of their eagerness to assist us with our company’s working capital needs. PrimeArc Capital were very accommodating when helping us to set up our user portal to submit our invoices, and walking us through to assure that we submitted our invoices correctly. Great People to work with, I left them for accutrac for cheaper rates but did a huge mistake. Never go to accutrac . I came back with Riviera and having a branch in Calgary and I am in Edmonton the time zone works perfect. I recommend Riviera financing..

If there phone lines are not disconnected to their internet is not working. There is always an issue. We turn in paper work at the appropriate time and out account reps tell us everything is fine. Then at 4pm they tell us there is something wrong so the deadline to fund is missed. they wait all day to tell us there is an error. Also 24 hour funding is available but at a fee. Another issue is we are told the pdfs are not light enough or too light to read. On our computer screen everything is legible. They say the pdf looses quality when it is emailed. i have never heard of that. The file is the same wither way its not an old xerox copy machine. I can't wait for my contract to end with this company

I like the way that David King, Kristen Siska, and Joyce Gant stayed on top of a long laborious process that one of my clients initiated. They were very persistent in my behalf.
