I opted to get my tickets thru Business Class Fares because of Ian Novak. He helped me with my last minute purchase and made it as stress free as possible. I would recommend Ian as he is very thorough and patient in finding the best itinerary and airlines for my flight.

In viewing fares for my travel to Italy, you never mentioned that you charge an extra $600 as your fee.
When added, the total amount was no better than other regular booking sites. So why bother with buying from you.

Ian was great. He really helped me consider all possible options to find a great rate for our trip to Rome and back from Milan

Brandon at BusinessClassFares worked responsively to my requests for overseas flights. I reached out to try this service for the very first time after not finding the flights I needed through my regular travel booking site (unnamed). What was very helpful was that Brandon listened very carefully to the dates, times, and costs I felt comfortable with. The tickets I ended up selecting met all of these conditions.
They all beat the airline prices but bounced around with routes, aircraft, layovers, total flight duration, and price.
None of which met our required criteria.

I got confused this name with some one else where I had bad experience. That’s how I came to your company. I am happy with his service, I gave 4 as I did n’t get good business class fare.

The agent I worked with did not explain the "process" very well. I wish he had given me a fuller explanation of how BCF works before diving into "selling" --- The biggest complaint I had was regarding using American Express points---the explanation of how that process would work was confusing and convoluted-- so much so that I began seriously questioning whether or not BCF was "legitimate"-- I didn't understand why my husband's license would be needed to confirm his Am Ex card, that made no sense to me-- my American Express Business Platinum travel contact had no idea what I was talking about regarding using our Am Ex points for the flights-- it all got very, very complicated. The electronic ticket also confused me--- I hope we get on the plane! Lastly, the nominal charge placed on my card statement to confirm its legitimacy was never explained either?!!!!

Brandon was outstanding. He worked with us to find several options for business class tickets from Nashville to Nice, France and return. In the end, he saved over $2000, and got us good flights and reasonable connections. We go multiple times per year, and have already started working with Brandon on our next trip!

I had such a great experience with my travel representative, Ian. He patiently looked for multiple combination of business class flights to Vietnam so we can get the best possible price. He quickly responded to phone call or email inquiries. He went far and beyond what was expected. I was so happy with his service that I recommended him to a few of my friends traveling with us. They also bought their tickets from him.

Rita was so kind and helpful. I am heard of hearing and she was very understanding. Her accent was a bit challenging to understand. She went above and beyond to help us plan our whole trip and find us the best prices.

I really appreciated the emails that provided me several flight options and the pricing was very competitive. Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.

I was looking for business class to the US from Johannesburg - given I was about to run an intensive 5 day workshop and the client asked me to fly premium economy to keep fares down. I knew that I would then be extremely tired and looked on businessclassfares for help. Caroline Murray was just totally amazing. She understood my predicament and got me via Doha return tickets that were even cheaper than British Airways premium economy. I as soooo grateful - as i was able to get wonderful rest in a private booth and was thus really well rested for my workshop - she saved my sanity - and i am very appreciative for her care, speed and empathy.
