Very Efficient
Ordered another Velux glass unit from Burton Roofing which I wanted to replace, the order placed quick and efficiently - I had to then cancel the order due to circumstances outside Burton Roofings control and Vikki kindly cancelled the order and refunded without hesitation or issue. Extremely pleased with the service in both cases I've used Burton Roofing in the past couple of months.

I would highly recommend this company
We wanted some touchup paint for our Velux windows and found exactly what we were looking for on this website. The product was well protected in the packaging and it was a good size bottle which I was pleasantly surprised about. The website was very easy to use and although I hadn’t ordered from them before I felt very safe with this company. I had excellent communication from Burton Roofing from purchase to delivery. I would highly recommend this company in every aspect.

Great customer service
Unfortunately struggled with 0800 number plus email to get in contact hence 1 star knocked off. But finally managed via a depot number and have since had great customer service. Replacement Velux solar blind ordered quickly following original one damaged in transit.

Good service and helpful staff. However, need to add to product description that’s the material of C-Cap is plastic, as with current description it gives impression that they are made of clay

Svar fra Burton Roofing Merchants Ltd
Good Morning Mr Bradford
Thank you for your review, i have investigated this morning and it looks like we have attempted to deliver this to you via parcelforce at the start of the week but unfortunately you weren't in to recieve it.
We have been chasing parcelforce over the last couple of days and will do today to try and get the redeliver to you asap.
As you can see from our other pervious reviews, we are normally good/great on getting items delivered asap but we are at the mercy of our parcel couriers at the moment.
Kind Regards
Burton Roofing Merchants
