Efficiency at its best
Ordered at the weekend, they kept us informed as to what was happening with the order from start to finish. Order arrived very quickly with no problems at all.

Svar fra Burton Roofing Merchants Ltd
Good morning Marlyn,
Thank you for you review, we do like to hear good and bad reviews about our branches & services to allow us to improve.
Your review will be brought up with the branch manager and reviewed as this isnt the level of service we would like any of our branches to offer.
Kind Regards
James Robb

Great value and customer service.…
Very simple process to order the Velux sun tube from Burton Roofing online, free delivery and much cheaper than buying direct from Velux. The item was dispatched the next day and received two days later. I think people forget that you can deal with Builders Merchants or specialists instead of going to the major DIY stores and get professional advice and good value.

Terrific service when buying roof…
Terrific service when buying roof matting, plus clips. Free delivery. Soon realised I'd underestimated on clips, so ordered more. The £15 delivery charge doubled the cost. However, I'm hoping they will be delivered in the same expedient manner.
