Excellent customer service from Nadiyah today. She was really friendly and helpful. I couldn't get on request a return and she told me what to do. Then I couldn't print returns label so she emailed me a copy of my label so that I could forward to my daughter who has now printed it for me and will pop it to me as soon as she can so that I can return my parcel. Nadiyah went over and aboard to help me today. With the current situation and me shopping online everything gets a bit more stressful when I can't sort something. I hope that Nadiyah hope I've spelt her name right will get some recognition for her excellent customer service thankyou Viv
Terrible customer service
I am sure they sell lovely products, but the customer service is truly horrendous. I placed an order, but the order never went through. They did take the money straightaway, but when I got in touch with them later to check on my order, they said the order never got processed. They pushed the order through, I received a confirmation email and that should have been the end of it. When I got in touch with them today, they said the order still did not go through and were unable to process the order. Now, they said they would refund the money, so that I can order again. Products are almost out of stock, not very hopeful I am able to order them again + the amount of time I most likely need to wait until I receive a refund. Customer service was not understanding at all, they couldn't care less really. Lost a potential good customer here!!

Bought a MINE77 jacket and after less than 10 days of riding, the gore-tex outer shell started to rip open. Contacted customer service twice and still no response from Burton. What kind of Lifetime warranty is this? Burton keeps pushing out new merch every month and doesn't honor the promises behind the product. It's just ridiculous.

Paid for goods online 10th Feb and they never arrived. I was emailed on 25th Feb stating I would get a refund within 5 days. Still no refund received.
Literally the worst customer service…
Literally the worst customer service ever. I've been waiting for a refund since Jan 6th. They said it could.take up to 30 days because they are busy. I contacted them when the 30 days was over and they said all they can say is it was received and still no idea when I'm going to get my refund. I tried to escalate it with my bank but because I gave burton the 30 day wait period now my bank won't escalate the situation because I'm out of the dispute window. Now I'm out $300 and don't even have the crappy snowpants in my possession
Nobody answers phones/emails
Good products but absolutely terrible customer service. One of the items in my order has been in processing status over 2 weeks despite 2-3 days promised dispatch time. I called them 3 times, waiting over half an hour each time but nobody seems to answer the phones during business hours. I emailed them twice and again no response. Basically Burton charged me for an item they are not even processing which is impossible to cancel due to nobody answering phones/emails.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought jacket and pants back in January. Shipped fast and was super happy until the product arrived. Both items ordered were massive. So I tried to return and this is where my troubles began. On hold for hours, can't get a hold of any one on chat. Finally got through to someone at a store in Canada who helped me as one item wasn't working in the return portal. Both items received in Quebec on January 25. Both have STILL NOT BEEN PROCESSED. I am on the hook for 650$ worth of gear that has been returned and I'll never see again. Filed a complaint with the BBB this is disgusting. Will never buy from them ever again.

Burton has terrible customer service. It says to contact them on live chat. Their live chat has not worked in months. What a joke. I tried to contact them about my order it took a week to reach anyone. Now I returned something and I can't reach them again to find out where my refund is. They received my item 11 days ago. Their phone line keeps you on hold for hours, they never respond to the emails I send them and their live chat never works. Also I have never left a review for anyone that is how bad this company is.

Not sending order, and doesn't return payment
I bought a pair of bindings last week.
When nothing appeared on the tracking, I asked Burton where my bindings are..
They answered that the bindings are out of stock (?) and that my payment had been refunded.
According to Klarna, Burton hasn't canceled anything.
So now I have to spend time trying to get back my money for the order Burton never sent me!
I thought Burton was a serious company - well I guess not!

Bought an mid layèr and pair of gloves for my daughter. Waited about 3 weeks for these to be delivered and eventually they arrived however when they arrived the UPS driver wanted an additional £70 for import duty. These products were bought from the UK using the .co.uk website. Got an email from customer services that due to brexit things had changed but they didn't think to share this information on their website for would be purchasers, instead they took my money and now im getting zero response around the refund or the return which was done over 2 weeks ago. I used to love Burton and only bought their gear and hardware but i tell you i will never spend a single penny or ride or wear their gear again, Ps DC Shoes is just as bad so i suggest folks look elsewhere as these companies have no idea how to treat and look after their customers theyre more interested in sales, which to me is a brand that is too big for its britches. Avoid this brand and company unless you're happy with the grief.

If you need to get in touch with anyone about anything forget about it. I sent my jacket back for repair MONTHS ago. They confirmed that they got it via e-mail about a week after I mailed it. It's been months now and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone about the status. So I've been without my winter jacket all winter.

Gut wenn auch nicht perfekt
Die Boots wurden ohne zusätzliche Zollgebühren geliefert. Dank DPD kamen die Boots mit 1 Tag Verspätung. Leider war kein Retour Ettikett dabei. Anfrage per Email 2 Tage keine Antwort. Kurz angerufen, musste gar nicht in der Warteschlange warten, dann unkompliziert die Infos bekommen wohin die Retoure geschickt werden muss. Retoure per Post an Schweizer Adresse. Rückerstattung war nach ca. 1 Woche da. Wünschenswert wäre die Angabe der Retourenadresse auf der Webseite, wenn man schon kein Ettikett mitschickt.
TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered 1 jacket (>$250) and 2 duplicate orders arrived (charged for both). Tried to reach the customer service phone line 3 times (>1 hr wait time every single time I tried, finally reached them after waiting 1h 53min on the third try). The representative was not apologetic at all and said they couldn't refund me until the duplicate item was returned, but sent a shipping label. I decided to return both, and was only refunded for one. Website says it can take up to 30days to process refunds, and here we are 45 days after jacket was marked as RECEIVED by Burton warehouse (UPS delivery confirmation for both return packages), and the second jacket still hasn't been refunded. I sent emails as well, no response. I'm trying them via phone again today and I've been on hold for 45min at this point, still waiting. Jacket was decent quality but unflattering and not worth the price. Went with a lands end one for half the price and it's been super warm, excellent quality. Burton customer service is a nightmare and a half. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Bought a new pair of boots last season
Bought a new pair of boots last season. Used them about five times. I actually love them; they work great, feel great. The Photons with the Boa system. Unfortunately, one of the Boa dials is faulty, and won't tighten the lower laces. The inner teeth don't catch the inner wheel, so there's no "pull" to tighten the laces. No big deal, I diagnose the issue myself and send them a warranty ticket and picture of the dial. Assume they can send me a replacement, I put it on, and I'm back in business. Technically, I'm *just* over the one year mark so I'm thinking they might even charge me for the dial, which would suck, but I'd still do.
Unfortunately, I've submitted three tickets now with ZERO response after two weeks, other than the automated acknowledgement from their ticketing system. Not sure what kind of circus these clowns are running, but for $400 boots I expect more. I had $150 boots for like 10 year prior that worked just fine. What a joke. Never buying another Burton product.

Why have a customer service number, an online chat, and an email for support if no one answers?! I sat on hold for over an hour waiting for someone to respond and nothing. Same with the chat. Sent an email out a few days ago and still nothing.
I had a face mask on my order and it didn't show up with everything else. No packing slip in the package but it's on my original order confirmation email.
We ordered more and my husband ordered a face mask this time. Once again, it didn't show up.
Randomly I see today that I have a charge for my face mask that I ordered a week and a half ago. Did I not get charged for this the first time? Where is my tracking on this? Is it even shipping? I have all the same above questions for my husbands mask that didn't come today. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH! I'm ashamed to have even bought from this company. Never again. This customer service team is a joke.
I see I have the option on here to send my review to Burton. Hell, they can't even respond to their customers through any other source we have available, why should I expect them to even see this email?
