My dog loves the food and it suits his digestive system which is sensitive! Recently, deliveries have got quicker (2 days) and its easier now to reorder the same items again with the reorder button.

Very disappointed re delivery which am still waiting for
Courier emailed with delivery date and time but never arrived
When rang Courier they claimed had no record
Finally managed to contact burns who said they would send another but as yet no info about delivery or despatch

We had a slight problem with a bag of food. Contacted customer service and was the issue was .sorted by the following day. We have been using Burns dog food for over 14 years and our dogs have been happy having it as their main source of food

It’s great that I can change the delivery date. We lost a dog in January and our other dog has aged so it is difficult currently to estimate consumption.

It’s always easy to be excellent when things go right but not always the case when there is an issue. Burns Pet Nutrition have got it right. I received an incorrect order. The team started working together to put things right and ensured things were rectified with minimal delay. I really appreciate what you did - thank you.

We had an issue with Alert Assistance food but the reason for the problem was fully explained and a replacement bag immediately sent out. First class customer service from a trustworthy brand.
