I have been feeding my dogs Burns active for around 20 years, I have had sponsorship for
My working dogs for most of this time. They always have a healthy abundance of energy, allowing them to work hard for long periods of time.

Excellent company glad to see more choices too now. Good value for money. Thanks.

My dog has been on this food for quite a few years. I used to buy it locally but now go direct. Although the packaging has changed this dogfood really works for my dog who has a very sensitive stomach.

Prompt and informative service. Delivery and receipt were very quick. I have used Burns dry food for my dogs for several years now and they do well on it.

Brilliant company product n always helpful

I can not faulty this dog food have been using Burns for over 26years and wouldn't use anything else as I have spaniels I buy the Lamb instead of the chicken and they love it

Burns dog food company is really excellent, I had a problem with my little dog with upset stomach and being sick, even though I had to have a trip to the vets, I spoke to a burns nutritionist about his symptoms , I was told to change his food from one burns product to another sensitive burns brand , which will help him as he has a very sensitive tummy, and to also add a small amount of burns wet food as a topper as he is also very fussy , I would rate the service I received as excellent, and also the new dry dog food was delivered very quickly, so again really good service, I have used burns dog food before back in the nineties on my previous dogs , but today there is a much better choice of different dry and wet dog food, to suit all individual dogs and there needs, also speaking to the people there is really helpful, overall a company that has provided an excellent service and really good quality of food , highly recommended.

Quick response and very informative.

Delivered on time in good condition. Thanks.

The order arrived very quickly and the boys liked the meaty meals but were not keen on the fish meal.
I will be ordering more from you next week.

My puppy love this food and great fast delivery.

Good food good service

Easy to use website. Order arrived quickly. Food good quality. My dog’s tummy is much settled

Had a free bag off dog food after mentioning our last 3/4 bags have been very bitty after ordering same product through Amazon. Received from burns there self and food was better

Great response to my complaint and very happy with our complimentary bag of food

Joined the puppy club and a couple of days later I received a complimentary bag of puppy kibble, treats and information booklet. My pup loves this food and I have now reordered a large bag, his tummy is so much better and he scoffs his food rather than play with it which he did on his other kibble. My senior dog has been on the Burns weight management kibble and has lost a couple of kilos which is excellent news for us. I would highly recommend John Burns pet food and wouldn’t use anything else for my boys.

Excellent food and great service thank you

This food was not to my dogs liking, very dry.
