Biggest piece of shit hat I’ve ever seen, Chinese crap. Hat arrived stuffed in a plastic bag, crushed, the wrong color, wrong size, and no hat band as in the pictures on the website. I’d give negative review if possible, Bullhatter.com is obviously a scam company. I will be attempting a charge back.

I ordered a hat on October 4th. The wrong hat arrived shoved into a bag and was completely crushed on October 21st. Then I email support and get told that I should just try to be happy with what they sent. LMAO. I will be looking for any and all opportunities to drag this company through any mud I possibly can. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Sent me a cheap chinese hat that had no resemblance to the hat I ordered. It came in a plastic bag NOT a hat box. Took 2xs as long (said 7 to 10 days got in 20+) to get here as they said it would. Notes shipped in U.S. came from China. It was crushed when got here. The customer service never responded. My buddy also ordered a hat (same time) and, for some reason, he hasn't even got a hat. No shipping tracking they took it from his acct but nothing so far. Go to a regular hat store and dont waste the time, excitement, or money here. Super sad. I am a hat guy and this place had me stoked! They would honestly make WAYYYYYY more money NOT BEING SCAMMERS.

If i could give a negative score i would, absolute scam of a site, ordered a hat and a hat i did not order arrived in a plastic bag, badly damaged and all they woukd offer is a 20% refund. These hats are absolute crap quality and the company is a scam as far as i ak concernd

If I could give them 0 stars i would .Ordered a Rip wheeler cowboy hat. Photos looked amazing . Says comes in a box. Even make sure you get the right size. So I ordered this as I was a yellow stone fan and wanted the cowboy hat from the series. I ordered it on the 22nd sept 25. Received today the 7th October 25 . The postman arrived with a totally squashed flat plastic bag. As I opened the bag there was this what I can only describe as a bit of brown squashed flat totally out of shape hat. Not even looking anytime like a cowboy hat with a piece of string wrapped around it.. nothing like the photos they had on there amazing website. I wouldn't even pay £1 for this utter garbage. PayPal should remove themselves from this company.. I have emailed them asking for a full refund. Also contacted PayPal to let them know this scam of a company don't sell or send you anything like what you have ordered. I can't believe how angry I am . And should of read the shocking reviews first before I ordered. Do not place am order from this shocking company. Total fraudsters

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,Ordered two hats, absolute joke, both were all misshapen and arrived in a plastic bag, one was meant to be black and other one brown, got sent two black ones and they were both different sizes, complained and they told me they had sent out two hats the same because delivery would’ve taken longer if I had to wait for proper items that I had ordered, they then told me I could get 20% back and keep the atrociously made hats, funny? I wasn’t laughing, I sent a further email they offered me 40% and keep the hats, after another email I was told I could send them back at my own expense around £20 return shipping when it clearly stated on the website free returns, after another email they gave me 50% and keep the hats, which by this time I accepted and cut my loses, company needs shut down, do not order anything from them.

Miserable Qualität. Direktversand aus China in einer Plastiktüte. Dadurch kam der Hut völlig zerknittert an. Zudem wurde das falsche Modell geliefert. Höchstens als Karnevalskostüm zu gebrauchen. Kann nur jedem abraten hier etwas zu bestellen.

Advertised on facebook as a "Fire Fist Ace" replica hat , it does look amazing in the pictures and is described as :

The product will be packed in a box to prevent damage in transit . Instead what turned up was a totally different black hat in a plastic bag. The hat (loose term ) was the worng hat, crushed, the material is cheap, the colour was not even close to that advertised. The only thing that was correct was the size.

I then mailed their customer services to tell them about the error (also that it came in a plastic bag instead of a box and that it was ruined). They claimed that the product i ordered wasn't in stock and would take several more weeks so they decided to "upgrade" me to something different. They suggested to return 20% of my money and to keep the "upgrade". I send around 8-10 mails and they never even suggested to send the advertised hat, the only options they gave where to either refund 40% (first was 20% later they went to 40%) or that i payed 20 USD to return the hat
stating that only after they have examined the condition of the hat will they refund the full amount and that this process could take several weeks to even months.

Do not use! awful product quality and packaging and item was not even close to what i ordered, not even the right colour. When i asked for my money back, they told me they had sent me a better quality hat than ordered so there would be no delays. Hate to see what i ordered then! now won't respond to emails. TOTAL SCAM

Terrible - Avoid this company!!
The product arrived from China in a plastic bag, was badly damaged and was made of such poor quality, i've seen better products in a joke store. Getting the issue resolved, I found their guarantee was useless - they offered me a fraction of what i paid unless i shipped it back, which cost a third of the original price. Two months later, i finally received a refund.

I would not recommend buying from this website. The company is a scam that sales poor quality products. The 100% satisfaction refund and 30 days free return promise is faulse. Don't do the same mistake as I did. Don't buy from these guys.

Never have received the order. All tracking info is in another language. Ordered 2 months ago. Stay away

Would give them 0 stars if it was an option, hat came in a plastic bag all crumpled and bent out of shape looking nothing like the 10x rip wheeler hat advertised and the material is dead set rubbish. The hat is that bad I can’t even tell what is the from from that back, no shape what so ever.

Advertised a "Rip Wheeler" replica 10x cowboy hat , looks great in the pics tells you that its a quality material packed in a box to prevent damage in transit .Yes for the price wasnt expecting anything like that but at least a useable product , instead of what turned up in a plastic bag , had i known what it was i wouldn't have accepted the package . The hat (loose term ) was crushed into a shape resembling the village idiots corn scarecrow hat ! the material is cheap nasty felt , the colour was not even close to that advertised and to add insult to injury it wasn't even the size ordered.
I then began to email their customer services to get the refund they promise , but yes you guess it thats as false as the hat , they want you to pay for the return stating that only after they have examined the condition of the hat will they refund , however they did eventually return 40% of my money . Lesson learned dont buy off ads on facebook , facebook will not remove the ad apparently their community standards were not breached , so they condone rip offs .

Bullhatter sent me the wrong hat. I ordered two hats, and one was not even the right hat. Both were crushed when I received them. They would not send me the one I paid for, even if I sent the wrong one back. It is a cheap piece of crap. They are a Chinese company posing as an American company. Their customer service is the worst, and the product is of the lowest caliber. No matter how many times I asked, they would not offer to send what i paid for. All they would do is offer a discount on another purchase. They SUCK!

Cheap...ugly hats! They did a very deceptive ad on Facebook with lighting! Bull hatter is the right name...Bull Sh_t hatter is better name!

I ordered an avocado-colored straw Panama style hat and received a neon lime green piece of garbage. I’m ashamed of myself for not reading the reviews. When customer service responded to my complaint by offering a 20% discount after I asked to return the detritus they sent me, I felt the few dollars would be better forfeited to warn others against buying these putrid products.
