The Buletboard company is UNETHICAL. They sold me a product that failed on first use then tried to buy me off with a token compensation. Then came back to me saying they would go no further as they had sent me the CORECT PRODUCT and it was their RULES.
Well I read their rules and what a lot of "don't come crying to us because so sad too bad we can do what we want" terms and conditions.
You'll will get no warranty, guarantee or quality product nor any alignment to normal consumer law. What you will get is deceived and scammed.

Purchased fidget toys online. They gave me a fake tracking (sent from Ireland) which, to this day, states that it is stuck in Albuquerque when I live in California. Then they say that my item was turned away in California and showed me a different tracking entirely(sent from China). Then they told me in order to actually send me the stuff I already paid for, that I would have to send more money. When I asked for a refund they said that I'd have to pay for the cost of their item which they never sent to begin with because it doesn't exist. They're just liars on scammers and it's really sad.

Do not order/buy from buletboard.com. It is an outright scam and/or a deceitful China company. I ordered dragon fidgets on Nov 23, 2024. Got a support email next day with tracking saying shipped from Ireland. Got a few more support emails, same tracking showing occasional updates including that item was in U.S. as of Dec 9. Contacted support along the way questioning the tracking from Ireland as something seemed off about that. Never answered my questions but after 3 weeks I emailed again and support replied with what they said was my tracking number which was different and this tracking showed item shipped from China and not until Dec 8, 15 days after I ordered and 1 day before original tracking said it was in the U.S. Obviously the first tracking was a fake. During this suspicious process, I found many reviews about this company with the same or similar complaints. The good reviews seem like plants as they are for the same one or two products and read similarly, even some exact wording. It's been over a month and no items received, and the newer tracking just says in transit, thanks for waiting, not where it is, no actual location scans, etc. Clearly this is a scam site that MAY at some point deliver items but even if they do, they are deceitful along the way, no where near what they say for processing or delivery times and practically nonexistent customer service or honoring what they state on the website about returns. Read all the 1 star reviews (which would be 0 if it was an option) to see the consistent problems. I do NOT recommend you wasting your money and time with them.

Ordered on November 27 so it would be here for Christmas. It is December 24 and hasn't arrived. I will have a disappointed granddaughter. I hope I get it at all. I will not use this company again. This shipping charges were expensive, and still no package.

I placed an order back in November and they said it would be here before Christmas we'll it's christmas eve and nothing very very disappointed. Never will I order from this place again.

I ordered and paid for seeds of a rose and also lotus seeds but I never received same because Australian customs destroyed every item in my purchased order. I have complained before and you said get had been received at Australian customs and they had but were it allowed into Australia
You are still selling them to u suspecting customers. Not very nice to make money by cheating. I would like a refund please me.

...I order on the 3rd of November and have not received my items...tracking number doesn't work and when I emailed they said it was lost and have resent...not true..same tracking number and you can't track it...
Very upset as this was a present for my Autistic grandson for xmas...he know has no xmas present...that sucks as he like the digital items..

Whatever you do… do not buy clothing from this website. It is super cheap material and when you ask for a refund all they offer you is the bare minimum and will not even give you a full refund. All they say there is nothing they can do for you.

What the heck!!! I placed an order back in November 5th for Christmas they advertised through advertisement the company name is buletboard! They had a buy one get the other half off! Buyers beware!! They were those cool gears sphere fidget balls! The guy on there sold me on them as he mentioned don’t buy those cheap ones! I sell and making a cool style in this color!! Also I didn’t even know it was coming from across seas!! I’m so ticked! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts it’s now December 20 th!! And I’ve emailed them 3?times and they giving me tracking numbers that show the same delivery dates as before!! Oh I’m not happy right now! So that’s why I’m here to let you all know be aware of this Company! I may not have spent a fortune but it’s the principal! So don’t buy anything from this so called company😤

Order over 1 month ago and still haven’t received my order ever now and then I get a different tracking number . I asked for a refund back but they didn’t give it. This is nothing but a scam.

No response to questions.. too long to receive ( still waiting) and the so called tracking board does not make any sense for routing. This smells of SCAM- SCAM - SCAM. Lucky I used my c/c so I can submit a claim for NO SERVICE and start a charge back.
Others on here are getting the same Canned messages as I am through PayPal so I might be a long wait for any satisfaction. Just adds more to my original belief...Do not buy from them..Scam!!

Hmmm, I'm starting to think I was scammed. I won't know unless I don't get my package, but I feel like I was. I know it's coming from overseas, (Italy) but I get packages from Shein faster than this. This was the first time I bought anything off of Facebook Market. I should have gone with Amazon; since they were carrying the same item.

Purchased item. Was advertised at a cheaper price than what was charged. Ordered over a month ago.. have so far been sent 2 different tracking numbers. With the most recent stating "delivery driver ran out of time" and I still have not received my purchase! Seems all the tracking information is manufactured to look like it's being delivered but it's not. 100 percent a scam! Lots of others are stating similar issues. Wish I'd done my research. My purchase was via Facebook advertising. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Still waiting after 3 weeks, receiving tracking messages, didn’t realise package is going around the world on a slow ship. Pathetic service.

Ordered two thing. Didn’t fit, tried to get a refund and they said no, offered 3 dollars. I said no I want to return and refund. They said I’d have to ship it back to china and it’s too expensive. Despite pointing out that they say you can return items, they wouldn’t let me and didn’t have it set up to easily do so.

Purchased 3 items and 2 failed within 5 minutes. 3rd item not included in package. Worst quality imaginable. Sent a video as proof. Refuse to refund and offered 2UD compensation. And now refuse to communicate. Worst on-line experience ever.

Ordered a month ago have received nothing . Tracking is a goose chase held up in US customs and now in partner facility blah blah blah. Scam

I ordered some fidgets from them & I got them today. I'm pleased.! I don't want to open them because they are gifts but so far so good

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought two eye brow gel pens and cancelled the order exactly 5 minutes after I ordered them because of a bad review. They insisted that I would love the pens and would not cancel the order. I received them - the color was way off on the light brown. It was a very dark brown and I didn't open the other one. When I tried to return them for a refund they offered to send me $2.00 as a compensation. They said that it would be too expensive for me to return them (they weigh nothing) and when I told them I was happy to return them for a refund they offered me $3.00 and told me I could keep them. I told them you can send me a refund or receive a bad review. Guess they could care less about customer service! Here's my bad review!!
